The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes. I had another shoulder massager I love but would like more deep tissue. First the product looked used when I opened the box. I attempted to charge it for about 3 hours and it doesn't seem too bad. You hold a charge. I charged it overnight, it didn't work. It came with a 4 inch cable usb-c. I think it's missing pieces. Was great until it wasn't. Have only had it for almost 2 months & it just stopped working. (I've maybe used it 7 times) Light comes on when it's plugged in but won't work. Definitely disappointed.

Don't expect heat. I had to return it. The heating function didn't work at all. My replacement came, though it lights up red this time, that's all it does. Doesn't get warm at all. The massaging aspect is okay. I feel like it sits too high on the neck and the spacing of the arms is not wide enough.
