This thing is for real: 1.) Like a cellphone it has even more buttons to watch out for so you have to develop some skill. 2.) I get a message when hooking it up to windows 7 ultimate--I just closed/ignored it and did the usual access of double clicking on the file option. It opened no problem and I quickly navigated to the proper directory. Wow, I had it set to 15 minutes and had a boatload of files from a filming session. I did not have it on the highest setting-upper middle quality--still had plenty of room for another 8 hour taping session. The large blue begin taping button is well placed a is virtually fool-proof. 3.) Navigation is excellent/intuitive as is the documentation booklet. 4.) Build quality is tops--it feels quality. 5.) The accessories are good, it's a bit of a struggle to get it in and out of the charging cradle. I will be keeping it. (ps. I was thinking that I would be having to upload it only to a windows 10 pc--not so.

The camera's physical build seems okay, and it is easy to configure the settings. But the video is HORRIBLE. I bought this body camera for protection when cycling, and it is the worse I have ever seen on a body camera. Yes, body cameras sometimes struggle in low light, but even in areas that have adequate street lighting, the video is so bad. I've also tried the Infared function, but it's all so grainy and noisy. I wouldn't trust this camera would be able to get clear video for evidence. Even in the daytime, the video just seems off, the coloring and quality is just missing. It isn't crisp at all.

This body cam has really good picture and video quality, the recorded video is crystal clear and it captures a lot of the smaller details, the picture and video quality in night vision is also crystal clear, the small display screen is easy to see and I like that you can watch the recorded video right from the body cams screen, the cam also has a good field of view at 127°, another feature I like is that this body cam has GPS tracking and the GPS is pretty accurate as well, the camera also has 128GB of built in storage, so you can record for several hours without having to worry about running out of storage space, I was also pretty impressed with the battery life on this body cam, the cam takes roughly 4hrs to fully charge and on a fully charged battery I have been able to easily get 9 plus hours of continuous recording without the battery dieing on me, a couple of things I don't like about this body cam is that the cam is kind of bulky and the lens angle is fixed so you can't adjust the lens, which makes it a little frustrating trying wear the cam and getting the angle just right, other than that though, this body cam is very easy to use and it feels pretty durable, so overall i am happy with this body cam.

I should’ve went with my first instinct and ordered a different one that was recommended. I tried this one out, read the reviews, etc. It had some great reviews. I went ahead and ordered it, it worked fine the first time I used it. The company reached out to me, they sent me a body cam to make it right. The second time I used it, I turned it on, the screen came on. Later, I pressed the button to record, nothing happened. I thought that maybe it was the battery. Put it on the charger, nothing happened. The light came on that showed that it was charging, but the screen never came back on. One plus is that the footage is very clear. That’s if it works properly.

This body camera has a lot of features that could come in handy for many different scenarios, but it's a bit bulky. In use, there are a lot of buttons to remember how to use and perhaps, a simpler, easier to use body camera would be better. EDIT - 22JAN25 I had taken it off the charger to plug something else in and figured I'd fully charge it before I used it again, so I plugged it in and the lights indicating that it was charging lit up as expected and when they went out, I removed it from the charger and it's completely dead. Once removed, there's not a peep out of it, no blinking lights to be seen and any and all buttons pressed have not resurrected it from its comatose state. I've fully charged it several times to give it another chance before editing my review, but it has failed repeatedly. Disappointing.

The TAMEIVISUA KP22 Body Camera is an excellently designed rugged security camera! It weighed a significant amount with the clip at 6.8 oz! It is able to see well in night or daytime. The picture and recording quality was great! I liked that buttons were low profile so they were hard to accidentally hit or get snagged up on but the important buttons had blue to easily identify where they were. The device is very durable with no rattling! The camera has a nice grippy texture to it. The clip slid into place and removed well. The clip had a significant amount of grip force. There was a secondary clip for mounting to a tripod or something of that ilk. The LED lights were bright for warning purposes. The built-in light could also light up the scene well. I liked that I could prevue the various footages and there is an SOS button to priority mark a video. I liked that there is an ability to choose to record audio only and quickly switch to video without losing the recording of the audio. Interestingly they included motion detection recording as well. I guess this feature would come in handy when having mounted the device. There is a good color manual included to break down all the features of the device. I liked that they included a USB C Cable with a wall adapter. There is a quick charge base as well but it held too securely to the bodycam when it was in place. There wasn’t a release mechanism to allow for easy removal from the base. There usb silicone door cover on the bodycam didn’t have enough play to it to be able to insert cords easily.
