Very solid & looks great! However, assembly is required for EVERYTHING! Took me & my hubby 3 hours to put one chair together. When it came to put seat on swivel/legs — screws were too long (to swivel) & nuts did not fit (too small.) Directions were not well written. Luckily, my hubby knows how to “fix” things!

Wife and I are semi handicapped. We ordered these chairs which are lower than bar stools which would would make it easier. To sit on and eat on our counter. Bottom line is the ball bearings from the swivel feel out all over the floor. Poor quality to sat the least. Problem is being disabled I cant return these. Only one chair was only assembled from the two piece set. Friend took 3 hours to assembled. I am a heavy Amazon Shopper and I never had such a poor quality item like this before and my wife is complaining about the oil stains on her wool throw rug which we may or may not be able to clean. These chairs are going out to the garbage. I am aware Amazon will not reimburse me the $205 because this cant be returned hopefully you will do something to help out with the cost of a really bad product . Your records show I am a more than frequent Amazon user. And since I became handicapped I am using Amazon more frequently. Can you help out. Pictures show the product issues

I ordered this product twice. The first time I suspected it was previously opened because of packaging from the inside being taped to the outside. I was not concerned because everything was in good shape. I ordered a second time and was not so lucky. The cardboard that screws, bolts and washers are shrinkwrapped to was ripped open. All of these pieces are loose in the box. There are scratches on other pieces. It also doesn't fit together as easily as the first two chairs. Due to the condition of the interior I am not yet certain if I have all the pieces. The first two chairs went together easily. So far, I am not so lucky with the second two. If these chairs had been sold as an open package I would not be bothered, but they were sold as new. The price I paid was for new. It is not convenient for me to return the chairs so I will hopefully be able to make them work.

The only downside to these chairs is being made in China, but that being said, the chairs seem sturdy. Went together well and the company that sells them is here is USA, so any communication, etc is easy. I'm sure they'll last us for a good amount of years - are comfortable and seem like they will stand up to our weather. We had one issue with an arm not being made properly, but the customer service was excellent and had a new arm to us within a few days!

8/9/22 Update #4- Have now had them for a little over a year. All stools are trashed. The legs twist and they become a hazard. These were only used about 6 months of the year I have had them (Winter and Fall got little use). Glad I used Amazon points to buy these because if it were real money I would have been very mad. Will never buy these again. 6/11/21 Update #3- I contacted the seller about the issues. After a few very nice emails they agreed to replace the legs. In less than a week the new parts arrived. In a world where customer service is lacking I was very surprised at how fast my issue was resolved. Updated a second time.. My first review spoke to the comfort, I am now downgrading this review to 1 star. After using them for just one month, 2 out of 4 chairs are already bent and useless. I need to find a way to straighten all 4 legs on both chairs. The metal is very weak. It says weight limit is 300Lbs yet nobody that sat in them is near or over 200lbs. Knowing this now I would stay away from these as they are NOT strong at all as the ad said they were. Look great but useless, very unhappy to have spent several hundred dollars for one month of use. I will try to contact seller and see what happens. Updated: I have updated my rating. I realized with a little force I could move the backrest support to a position that was more comfortable and not digging into my back. I still feel the angle of the backrest is too straight up and down but the chairs look great and most people at the bar lean forward at the bar anyway. The look outweighs the minor backrest angle so I will be assembling the other 2 when I have 2 hours to kill. Original Review: I ordered 2 sets of 2- Kozyard Isabella High Swivel Bar Stools/Chair Set . I assembled 2 of the chairs as they come in one box. I have to say they look great and sturdy however they are very uncomfortable if you are sitting with your back on the backrest. For one the angle is very close to 90 degrees. I would be fine with this if it were not for the back support bar pressing on my spine. I am kind of disappointed and not sure if I will keep the other 2 I have not assembled yet. I really wanted to like these but comfort is after all one of the most important parts of having a chair.
