These pencils are perfect for celebrating students’ birthdays. Each pencil has a good grip and writes smoothly, which is a big plus for kids. The bulk quantity means I have plenty on hand for upcoming birthdays, and they’re perfect for goody bags or as small gifts. This is a really good quantity of "Happy Birthday" pencils. The pencils themselves have a nice design and overall seem pretty good. The erasers seem fine (not the hard ones you sometimes come across). The wood and the lead seem ok also. The pencils are all the same except that there are a few different colored erasers, and they are packaged in bags by the eraser color (inside an outer box). I did find a few pencils that had some minor issues. It seems like the erasers on some of them weren't quite fitted correctly to the pencils, and/or had some blemishes, as though they had rubbed up against some pencil leads or something. Overall, I'd say this is a decent quantity of pencils, but for the quality I'd say they are maybe a little overpriced (about $40 as of right now). But if you're looking for a convenient way to purchase a large quantity like this and aren't too concerned about the pricing, these would be a good option. ... show more
