I purchased this couch for the waiting area at our business, and unfortunately, it has been very disappointing. The couch looks nothing like the photos and description provided by the seller. The cushions never fully fluffed up after assembly and remain very lumpy and uneven, making the overall appearance look cheap and poorly made. The back cushions are especially disappointing, they feel like they have little to no filling in them and provide almost no support. They look flat and poorly constructed, which only adds to the overall low quality appearance of the couch. We’ve only had the couch for about two weeks, and no one has even sat on it yet, but it has a strange odor that hasn’t gone away. Concerned about the quality, I reached out to the seller to ask about a possible return, even though the couch had already been assembled. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever. Between the poor quality, misleading appearance, unpleasant smell, and lack of customer service, I would not recommend this product.

It’s okay you get what you pay for. I was upset to see that one of the cushions had a sticky spot on it. The color is beautiful though and it looks nice once put together. It’s just not the most comfortable but comfortable enough

It's ok for my intended purpose; in my basement living room area for the kids. It looks durable. My disappointment is that the cushions did not expand more. They are still pretty flat after 2 weeks. Also the back is not very high (which I knew from other reviews.) It was easy to put together and nice it came in one box. It looks nice and I'm not worried about the kids wrecking it since it didn't cost a lot ($270). It's not meant to be high end furniture. You get what you pay for.

Really happy with this purchase! I found the instructions very easy to follow and the couch was assembled with relative ease. I waited a couple days for the cushions to fluff up and they are great. I bought this to put in my office. Overall great purchase for the price and quality.
