    • Great Bike, very bad shipper
The bike itself is fantastic. I was expecting sloppy quality control, but I must say everything about it is very solid. It is a fantastic value for the price. Not bad to assemble, It took me less than an hour. The bike comes with a tool set that contains every tool needed to complete assembly. Performance wise, out of the box speed is limited to 28mph regardless of what mode you are in. To overcome this very lame limitation, you must tune the bike with the HW Motolink app. The limitation is not the manufacturer’s fault, it’s the fault of a government, (Federal, State, and Local) that is wildly out of control, unchecked, and actively attempting to exert draconian control over its population. The only bad experience I had purchasing this bike was the shipping. Pilot Freight was the shipping company and they suck something awful. They lost the bike at one point for over 7 days. I bitterly complained in emails and calls but it did not seem to bother them at all. The tracking provided was utterly useless and they finally had to perform an investigation to find out where the bike was. I think it took over 16 days for me to receive the bike. Pilot Freight and their related dirtbag company Maersk Freight get ZERO stars. Amazon needs to ban them from the platform…seriously. ... show more

    • Crazy fast and Torque'e as hell.
My 14 yr. old Grand Son loves this bike. It's very fast and the Torque is Crazy. I have been riding my whole life and just about wheelied it back first ride right after putting it together out of the box. and it can be reprogramed by downloading an app to make it even faster.
