    • Excellent Microwave Drawer and Outstanding Customer Service
Color: Stainless-Steel Size: 24 in/1.2 Cu. Ft. Set name: Built-In Drawer
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this microwave drawer. The stainless-steel finish looks modern and high-end, and it blends perfectly with the rest of my kitchen appliances. The drawer opens and closes smoothly, and the flat-bottom design makes it easy to fit larger dishes without worrying about a turntable. It heats food quickly and evenly, and the controls are straightforward to use. Installation was also much easier than I expected. What really stood out, though, was the professionalism of the seller. They were responsive, courteous, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and provides excellent customer service. Considering the price, this microwave offers outstanding value compared to many of the more expensive brands. If you're looking for a stylish built-in microwave drawer without spending well over $1,000, this is definitely worth considering. I'm very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. ... show more

    • Love, love, love!
Color: Stainless-Steel Size: 24 in/1.2 Cu. Ft. Set name: Built-In Drawer
This was a must have for our kitchen renovation. My contractor had only installed one or two before but I pushed for it and he delivered. I found this beauty and for the price it couldn’t be beat. We removed the microwave from above the stove and placed this in the island. Beautiful to look at, easy to use. The drawer is smooth and quiet. With small children I was anxious about the “must smash button” drive but you can lock it easily, which was a huge plus! Having the microwave in the island has made it more accessible. My 7 year old can operate it independently. When installed at countertop height, it’s definitely perfect for people who are shorter, cannot reach overhead, or may even be wheelchair users. It’s very easy to use if you’ve ever used a microwave. Setting the clock was also surprisingly easy. We’ve had it installed for 5 months without any issue so far. ... show more

    • The balance of style, functionality, and power makes it well worth the investment. Highly recommend!
Color: Stainless-Steel Size: 24 in/1.2 Cu. Ft. Set name: Built-In Drawer
Review Image by Miosotis P.
I recently installed the KoolMore 24″ Stainless-Steel Microwave Drawer (KM-MD-1SS) in my kitchen, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. Here’s what makes it outstanding: Sleek, Built-In Design This drawer-style microwave integrates seamlessly into my cabinetry. It frees up counter space and gives the kitchen a clean, modern look. Koolmore +1 High Power + Precise Control With 1000 W of power and 10 adjustable power levels, I can easily reheat leftovers, defrost frozen food, or do more delicate cooking. Best Buy +1 User-Friendly Operation The one-touch open design is super convenient, and the drawer closes slowly and softly—no slamming or rattling. Cloudinary Well-Thought-Out Features Time and weight defrost modes let me fine-tune how I thaw food. Koolmore The flat bottom (no turntable) gives me more usable space inside, so I can reheat larger or irregularly shaped dishes. Happy TechFam A halogen interior light helps me see my food while it’s cooking. Cloudinary Child lock adds peace of mind for households with kids. Best Buy Build Quality & Aesthetic The stainless-steel finish feels premium and looks great next to my other appliances. It’s also easy to clean. TigerChef +1 Installation While it’s a built-in unit, the installation was straightforward (for me). Others have noted that it requires precise measurements and possibly some extra support, but once it's set, it looks polished. Happy TechFam Efficiency & Functionality It’s efficient in reheating, and the memory + timer functions are a really handy plus. ... show more

    • Heavy and Missing Key Features
Color: Black Size: 24 in/1.6 cu. ft. Set name: Built-In
Product Functionality & Features I purchased this unit to serve as an all-in-one kitchen solution. However, one should be aware that the control interface does not include an "Air Fry" setting, despite what some might expect from a multi-function oven. If you are looking for a dedicated air frying replacement, this specific model lacks that standalone capability. Additionally, be prepared for the noise level; the exhaust fan is notably loud during operation, which can be disruptive in a quiet kitchen. Weight and Form Factor This is an exceptionally heavy appliance. While the build feels solid, its weight makes it very difficult to move, position, or adjust on a countertop. It would require 2 people to carry it from group to the countertop. So plan to have someone to help you to avoid breaking your back. Buyer Advice: Check Specs Carefully Because of the sheer bulk and weight of this machine, it is nearly impossible to transport or repack once it has been unboxed. I strongly advise double-checking the manual and the feature list to ensure it has the exact buttons and functions you need before ordering. Due to the logistics of handling such a heavy item, returning it is a physical and logistical ordeal. Performance: Loud exhaust fan and limited preset options. Build: Extremely heavy and difficult to maneuver. Recommendation: Verify all features before buying, as the physical size and weight make this a "permanent" commitment for your kitchen. ... show more

Two months post installation and it works great, it looks great and matches our other appliances, delivery was on time and packaged good, nothing broken. It’s always a gamble to know if glass will make the delivery. The dimensions were exact, installation instructions were clear and once it was in, it was just two screws to hold it in place. The buttons are easy to push, it’s quiet and honestly overall happy with it. ... show more

If you like your kitchen simple and organized but have limited space, this 3 in 1 product is perfect. I got Koolmore about 2 months ago. Microwave and oven work well. I’m new to air fryer so I have nothing to compare to. It is very user friendly. I recommend it

    • Great for the price (Updated: starts malfunctioning)
Color: Silver Size: 30 in/1.2 cu. ft. Set name: Built-In Drawer
An awesome new addition to my parents new kitchen. It has a modern, sleek design that makes the room look elegant. So far it works as it should. Love that you could silence the alarm if preferred. Update: After only a month or two of using it, it started having some issues. It wont start. Once I press start, the drawer would open. When I unplugged and plugged it back in, now the drawer wont even stay close. I had to wait and basically repeat those steps until it finally closed and stay closed. Since it’s in the middle of the kitchen I dont want anybody accidentally banging it and hurting themselves because it was open. I really want this to work and last but it didnt. I’ve contacted amazon because I have the asurion plan and they said to contact the manufacturer first (it’s still under warranty) and if they cant resolve it to contact them again. So we’ll see how long this will take. ... show more
