The gaskets literally do nothing and rip right away. The sticks are awesome tho. Save your money and get the one without the gaskets.

Its really nice. Makes it really easy to push the sensitivity and get good movement. I like the High/Mid rise mix. I can see that with just a few Different kits a pair of controllers could be optimized for a variety of needs. If only I could try them all. lol.
