The bed is cute. Fits the colors and style of my 5yo daughter's room. However, some of the pink fabric-covered boards have gashes in them. The washers were missing from the provided tool kit (thankfully I had some of my own that fit). The images in the instructions don't correspond with the actual pieces delivered. The instructions show the pieces labeled by number, but actual physical pieces are labeled with letters. So far I'm figuring this out but I've assembled a lot of furniture over the years. For someone who hasn't, this could get really confusing. Gotta say I'm kind of irritated, but hopefully it'll all come together...

The bed is made of soft and breathable leather and arrived well-packed but when I opened the box there were 2 screws that attach the side slats to the main frame were missing. The aftersales service swung to action and sent me the missing part. I out say their customer obsession is outstanding.. That makes me feel super comfortable with my decision to buy this bed and I know there is someone out there to care if I encounter a problem weeks/months later. Highly recommended.

Headboard was completely broken when it arrived. I had to drill screws into the white panel to attach it to the headboard. So frustrating! UPDATE: Seller reached out and provided compensation for the broken bed. While receiving a broken bed isn't great, their customer service showed that they care. I appreciate them reaching out and making this right. The bed is very cute and I was able to attach the headboard myself.

After posting the below review, seller contacted me immediately with a couple of options to make things right. They offered to send me a replacement for half the price, or to simply return it for a full refund. I was actually able to glue the white piece with construction glue and it worked perfect! And I did not return the bed and the seller went ahead and credited me 50%. Without me asking. I am attaching a couple of pics of the finish product! It looks great!! I think the white piece was supposed to be attached to the headboard, there are no instructions or supplies to attach it. I think it would have been a nice bed if they had taken the time to assemble properly

Very convenient to take out and put together. I was a little concerned about the stability of it. I was assembling it, but once it was all put together, it seems very sturdy. It’s a little lower to the ground than I was expecting. In fact, I recently purchased legs that are 10 inches the ones it comes in or 6 inches. But besides that I’m pretty happy with my purchase.
