Tried another brand and returned it because it was too big and very uncomfortable. Decided to order this one and it was the right decision. It seems to be one size but adjustable to fit anyone. I am a small person but the fit is great with the adjustable straps. I believe the size is lg/xlg only. I have a tear in my rotator cuff and this holds my shoulder in place but I can still use the arm without problems or pain. It does not confine me. You can wear it under or over clothing. I don’t sleep with it on but when I wear it throughout the day it Relieves the pain even when I remove it for sleeping. I think it will take being patient and wearing it daily for a month or whatever it takes to rid me of the pain completely. Be patient and see what it does for you. The price is much better than most of the others. Just a reminder: it is very comfortable and wearing is no problem for me. Just always be sure that you tighten the strap to hold the shoulder pad in place securely. ... show more

    • A Torturous, Smelly Waste of Money

I purchased the Komoko Shoulder Brace hoping for genuine relief and support for my rotator cuff pain. What I received was a seriously disappointing, frustrating, and downright noxious piece of equipment. Everything about this brace is terrible. From the moment I took it out of the packaging, I knew I was in trouble. There was an incredibly potent chemical smell radiating off the material, forcing me to air it out for two days before even attempting to wear it. The odor was truly offensive. The brace is also incredibly awkward and difficult to work with. The straps are positioned poorly, and trying to secure it while dealing with an injured shoulder is a feat of engineering failure. Once I finally got it on, it was seriously uncomfortable—the material is scratchy, bunches up in all the wrong places, and the fit is just plain wrong, no matter how much I adjusted the straps. Most importantly, it did absolutely nothing to support my shoulder. It's so cheaply constructed that it felt more like wearing a loosely tied rag than a medical support device. The compression was uneven, and the overall lack of rigidity meant my shoulder joint still shifted and pained me with every slight movement. If you are looking for pain relief or actual support, avoid this product. It's an uncomfortable, flimsy, chemically-drenched nightmare that will exacerbate your frustration, not relieve your pain. ... show more

It does give extra support. BUT it is very uncomfortable. If you do any kind of physical labor wearing it, the arm sleeve rides up under your armpit and really digs in. Constantly having to pull the sleeve part down. This also makes it so you have to keep the chest strap slightly loose. Tightening it to where it really gives extra support just exacerbates the issue.
