It’s been a very long time since I bought something with such nice quality with clear instructions, solid wood, which is exact match to our hardwood floors. Usually instructions are poor to adequate. These are clear, uncomplicated with even some labeled extra screws in case a couple get lost . A smart company that realizes they will have fewer if any costly returns!

the end pieces had arrows on them but they were upside down. After a long time of trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because one the holes would not line up I realized the end pieces had the arrows wrong. The screw holes are spaced differently so the end pieces have to be placed right side up. The actual frame feels really sturdy and fits together well. The slats where the mattress goes seem very flimsy and have to be sanded. I bought it to put in my mini van. It does fit well in the mini van.

The media could not be loaded. The packaging was very good and intact. It was delivered to my door. But it was just a little too long to fit in my door. I opened it and looked at the wooden planks of the bed frame. It looks of good quality! Looking forward to it being built in my room;)

The bed frame arrived well packed in Styrofoam and cardboard. Assembly was done with the included hex tool. They thoughtfully provide a bag of extra screws. Parts are labeled with stickers that match the large text and clear line drawings in the assembly guide. There was no damage. The wood is all solid with no particle board or veneers. Assembly was quick enough and consisted of running screws though pieces connecting them together and then tightening them up. Everything lined up well for me the first shot and the line drawings are clear enough that I didn't make any assembly mistakes. I'm putting a 10" thick foam mattress on this platform and support rib running down the center with the "extra" legs is going to help greatly with all that weight. The frame is simple enough to be easy to break-down and reassemble by one person. I purchased the dark brown version and it's very dark brown, almost black.
