Unit does not work! Had several technicians look at it and nothing has been resolved. Was told a replacement unit would be sent out, I haven’t heard anything back. So upsetting!

I use this unit for a 480sf room. I couldn't ask for a better performance. When the recent outside temperatures were 100+, this unit did its job. The heater worked excellent during the winter months, too. I give it a 10. 👍😎
