Good things: I like the way it feels on my back, much better than the pillow like thing I've been using. The arm rests, the whole reason I bought this, are a nice height, WHEN I can get my arms or elbows on them. The distance apart of the arms works well for me, and I'm rather large. Bad: I slouch in bed, everybody does. When you slouch your arms really don't hit the arm rests, or they barely hit the end, which isn't supportive. This needs arm rests that are at least 7" longer, better yet 11". I wish the armrests weren't so curved in front, they'd be more useful, with this curve it makes the usable surface another 2-2.5" shorter than appears, by measures, crazy! White is a dreadful choice for a cover, I fear it's going to be so filthy, very soon, and potentially a challenge to remove for laundering. Claiming the arms fold in for better storage is a joke. They do not, and you cant really make them. I'm undecided right now if I'm going to keep, or return. I'm also wondering why I'm not seeing covers, like a pillow case for these. Not necessarily tight fitting, but something that is more easily switched out. I wish they came with something easier to launder.

My husband is 6'4" and about 360lbs, and struggles being able to sit up comfortably in bed. I bought him this for father's day since he has also been having back trouble, and for the first time ever he has been able to sit comfortably in bed and watch tv at night! Definitely recommend if you are taller and looking for something where you will fit comfortably.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because sitting up on My bed gets very uncomfortable after 4 hours of gaming! However, after using this for one night I've found great comfort. That said I still cannot find a decent l location to store it when I'm finished. When I wake up I put it back on my bed. It's large and will not fit under my bed unless I take the arms out and doing that each day isn't on the to do list. They should have made storage much simpler than this! 5 stars for comfort 4 stars for a huge issue for storage.

It helped to read the reviews on this so I am also leaving a review. I needed something and finally found this. It does what I wanted it to do and gives support while I am resting my back and neck. I have it braced against something 1/2 way up. The part that is not braced is sturdy to hold my upper body up. Exactly what I was looking for. Now we need new colors! Lol
