When I initially purchased the writing tablet, the product I received was defective. The screen would not erase and the writing on the tablet was not vibrant. I reached out to the seller and they were extremely response! They immediately shipped me a new tablet and it works great!! One click erase, light weight, easy to use!! I received my order today. I love the tablet but I had to call Amazon to get a replacement because it came without the string to keep the pen attatched to the tablet. Thank God Amazon was very helpful and the new tablet will be delivered tomorrow.
