When I initially purchased the writing tablet, the product I received was defective. The screen would not erase and the writing on the tablet was not vibrant. I reached out to the seller and they were extremely response! They immediately shipped me a new tablet and it works great!! One click erase, light weight, easy to use!! You get what you pay for. My son had one previously which stopped working. I changed the battery but it still did not work. I reordered one as he really liked it and it's handy to have on roadtrips or on the plane. But this one is a bit defective. You have to press the button multiple times to erase the drawing! I offered to my son to return/exchange it but he decided he wanted to keep it anyway. It's cheap-ish so you can't expect great quality product, and even though you technically can change the battery, changing it might not make it work so that's disappointing and wasteful. Like the functionality, hate the build.
