This tablet has been a lifesaver lately!! My 2.5 year old has been really into art lately, especially drawing. But she's not quite at the age where she understands that crayons and markers are only for paper, not the floors, walls, or cabinets. So I bought this to see if she would enjoy it and my goodness she does! I get 20-30 minutes of her preoccupied while I cook dinner or put my infant daughter down for a nap. She loves to sit on the couch and draw, and thinks it's the coolest thing ever to be able to erase her drawings when she is done. We have been working on letters and numbers with her, and it's a great way to do so without wasting any paper. The tablet is lightweight, easy for my toddler to use, and extremely affordable. One of the things I was nervous about for this purchase was the fact that it has the coin batteries, and with two young girls in the home I am extra sensitive to buying anything with those batteries. The place to insert the batteries seems extremely secure and I feel like I won't have any issues about the girls having access to the batteries. I bought this for my 4 year old grandson for Christmas. He loved it, but much to my surprise, so did the rest of us! We definitely put the quality to the test over the weekend. No one wanted to share. So, it withstood several fights and lots of drawing. I love the spring- type cord that attaches the stylus to the drawing board. Without it, there would have been no way we could have kept up with the stylus. I am absolutely thrilled with this product and have bought a second one to keep at my house for when grandkids visit.
