Hardest part of job was removing old fabric from the R V channel holding fabric in place. Old awning was 20 years old and would not slide out. The fabric did slide out/off the roller tube. Once old fabric was removed , installation of new was e z .

I was really surprized that it was easy to install. Everyone told me how dangerous it is. I used a 12 inch cresent wrench and it did the job. The material is super and very solid. It was easy to work with. Just follow the instructions step by step and poof it was finished.

Came with a hole or 2 along the rolled up seam, as if it were dragged along a concrete floor. Didn't notice till installed, too late to take apart & return. Seems a bit shorter than one I took off, bout 4" shorter. So far it is doing well as a shade provider
