Vault(TM) 25" x 22" x 9-5/16" top-/under-mount medium single-bowl kitchen sink with single faucet hole From the Manufacturer The new Vault sinks are dual-mount sinks that can also be used in a replacement application. The contemporary self-rimming Vault fabricated sink will appeal to customers who want a significantly differentiated sink without having to replace their countertops. The low-profile 1-1/2-mm rim provides an undercounter or flush mount aesthetic, and makes wiping debris from the countertop directly into the sink basin easier than a typical self-rimming sink, 9-Inch depths and tight corner radii maximize usable basin space, and the lowered saddle prevents water from overflowing into the countertop.

This is very good quality stainless sink. It is heavy sink and more than large and deep enough for average home. However, if used as a over the top sink, the rim edge is not rounded and feels a bit sharp, as well as the rim is not as thin as the photo suggests. The bottom is not as sloped as the photo may suggest. I have read that this type of sink does not drain completely and may leave puddles. I would have kept it anyway except it was delivered with a rim damage. I can't get it replaced due to seller change, and the price went up about $100 with the new seller. I love this sink. We just got new countertops and decided to update the sink at the same time. We don't have room for a double sink, so shopping for a sink in stores was very disappointing. This sink is beautiful. It is MUCH deeper than our prior sink. It comes with the grate for the drain and a template for installers. That may seem obvious to most people but it wasn't to me. I will update this if I run across any problems but so far, it is perfect for our space. I've attached pictures so it can give you a visual idea of it's depth and size. ... show more

    • Beware of Specs Kohler Vault sinks

The Kohler Vault SS sinks are billed as a drop in or undermount application. This is a beautiful sink but fails as a replacement drop in application. BEWARE that the drop in cutout for the 25x22 sinks is 24.5 by 21.5 - yes 1/4" all around!!! So if you have existing hard surface you'll almost surely have the added expense of getting your existing cutout expanded to accomodate this sink. And, no Kohler doesn't provide the drop in #s on their spec sheets! Also, the drain on the Vault series is not centered and another plumbing expense to consider if your previous sink had a centered drain. ... show more

beautiful... a very nice upgraded look to anything I could find. used it as a topmount... has VERY little rim to catch, was dissappointed in my fabricator not making a closer fit so that makes me a little nervous, had thought the hole part would go over the counter but just the edge beyond it does..

This watch band is not what I would consider to be an adult sized one! Other than the skimpy length this is an incredibly nice and stylish band. Beautiful design and quality workmanship but too short a strap length. I am unlikely to buy this brand again if it is only offered in narrow wrist lengths.

I didn't have space for a 36" sink base so had to find a smaller base and needed a smaller sink. This one was a perfect size. There was still a little bit of extra work that had to be done to accommodate this sink as a drop-in vs. under-mount, but when it was completed and all of the fixtures were added, it was well worth it. The first sink I received was damaged and Amazon was excellent about letting me return the product and shipping me a new one. This sink however scratches and stains very easily-with dishes not pots and pans. I absolutely hate it and am so sorry that I made the purchase. I called Kohler and they said the scratching was part of the charm of a stainless sink. Are you kidding?? What 12 year old marketing whiz made that up to rationalize selling inferior product?? My mother has had the same stainless sink in her kitchen for over 20 years and it doesn't have a scratch. This is simply a very cheap product and I would advise anyone against purchasing it for ordinary use. ... show more
