Just buy it! I got new countertops which means I had to get a new sink too, this one is so great. I opted to use the flat side instead of the decorative side but either way is great! I am not a huge fan of the rack at the bottom of the sink, it’s not a snug fit so it moves around a little and stuff falls through easily, I have never had one before so that could be how they are supposed to fit? Very nice sink, very well packed. Everything you would expect, heavy and beautiful. Would definatly buy again. Details are very nice, drain is well glazed, positive drainage and lip in sink for cutting board and drain pan is very useful. Nice touch. Do build full support under anu Farmhouse sink but excellent! Yes a garbage disposal is compatable. Reccomend supporting disposal once installed as with any non steel/iron sink but thats more our standard than a manufacturuer. ... show more

If you have never had a single-basin sink, you really need to try it. Whenever we are cooking in a large pot, I do not mind washing it as I used to. Trying to maneuver a large pot in a double basin is a huge pain! This sink is a similar gauge as a high-end SS sink we had a few years ago. The added features are nice to have, a cutting board, drying rack across the top of sink, and the rack that sits on the bottom helps dry cups, glasses, etc. The bottom is coated to soften sound and reduce condensation. The size is 30x22x10. One nice feature I wish it had is the drop-in bowl to stack soiled dishes before hand washing when not using the dishwasher, which is rare. ... show more

I wanted something nice for a cabin I have been building and this sink had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I really like how easy it was to install but the rack at the bottom of the sink really helps keep it clean especially after washing something I can let it sit in the sink to dry.
