Short term sink. While the product is nice, the faucet will leak and once it leaks you have to replace it the whole thing. I try reaching customer service for replacement parts and I was told they don’t have them. At this point the only option I have is to replace the sink and faucet

Good sink, well thought out shelf. I modified a PVC chopping board to fit the shelf and absolutely love the combo function (I discarded the wooden one they sent. Cut on the chopping board, rinse/wash with waterfall. The finish on the sink is what you'd expect for this price point, nothing some edge sanding and polishing can't fix though. The big con is the faucet .. kind of of it. The knob control is annoying for 3 reasons. 1. It's hard to turn with wet hands, 2. When you do try you get water on the knob shelf that you'll later have to wipe down 3. There's no way to get a gentle flow of hot water. It basically has to be on full blast. 4 (I lied there's 4) the supply lines severely limit the flow due to being so thin, filling the sink with a decent amount of water takes ages.. If I could replace the faucet to a handle type I would in a heartbeat but I do like the waterfall for chopping board cleaning! It's like a 3.5 star rating from me.

I like this sink, should have looked that it was a center drain however it works well and my fault for not researching enough. Love all the accessories and features!

Almost impossible to get parts. Cartridges for sink not available. Whole faucet needs to be replaced by Boomhoze. This is the waterfall sink. Drop in 33”. Looks great, bad faucet design. Instead of knob, should be handle.

The media could not be loaded. We were enamored by the gadgets, but didn’t consider things like water collecting on the ledge that holds the cutting board, rack and basket. (It does not drain off!) Water also collects around the on/off knob, which can be a problem with hard water if the area around the knob isn’t dried off after each and every use. In addition, the stainless is scratched after only two weeks of use. *This sink does not include a soap dispenser* The gadgets are cool, but think through the practicality of this sink.

DO NOT BUY THIS SINK We bought the sink. After paying hundreds of dollars to install the sink... Fairly soon - the knob was not easy to turn - then it became IMPOSSIBLE to turn. We hired a plumber to come and repair it. We looked for the MFG part - NO place and NO way to reach MFG. We called Amazon for help. Told NO way to reach MFG and learn of how/where to get replacement part. (not sure how that warranty is to be honored?) Next - Amazon said - ship back ENTIRE sink and we will get full refund. WHAT? Hire plumber pay to remove and then pay again to reinstall a new sink. Wait for sink to reach amazon and also wait for refund so that we can buy NEW sink? Then wait for plumber and pay again for that reinstall. Our suggestion. We don't NEED full refund. We can easily remove faucet mechanism and get new one locally. Ship back ONLY faucet and happy for partial refund. New faucet bought and installed - over $300 cost to us. Amazon says NOPE - must send entire sink. This defies logic. We've had amazon ship in incorrect order worth $300 and tell us NOT to return it and then shipped correct one. Why this difficulty. Support on the phone not at all helpful. One person says MFG can't be reached the other says MFG says to return entire sink for full refund. LESSON LEARNED - when buying a product. FIRST look up MFG and make sure they can be reached. Bought MOEN faucet - right on the box on the warranty info (10 years) and phone number to reach. Called them and registered product. NO MORE buying a product from Amazon in their "amazon store" - someone they "partner" with and you literally can't buy a $20 part ! causing HUNDREDS of dollars to be lost and several days without a kitchen sink??????
