Dealt w for months & finally had enough. ; Pros/likes: black finish, soap dispenser large & can refill from top-so nice!, height, doesn’t look industrial, range of flexible/detachable head(sprayer), lightwt handle to easily/quickly adjust on/off & temps (12 o’clock is coldest & 9 o’c is hottest for us). ; bought ‘used in very good/like new’ condition per description & pleased so far after having it installed for a wk (by my husb). Easy to install (under sink area is the headache w lmtd space to maneuver-esp with a garb disposal). Main/full water flow is a solid’ amount. ; Cons/room to improve: Sprayer shoots water in linear vs spherical/circular form so we find that wastes more water. Only somewhat helpful with large items spanning the sink but still a hassle to move the nozzle around to cover all (food) grime, etc..; side handle sticks out (twds you/bin of sink) for warm/hottest setting, so we typically set it @ ‘12 o’clock (which is the coldest setting) to keep the handle out of the way when putting in/pulling out larger pots/plates/pans in the sink basin. great deal & pros outweigh cons so keeping. ... show more

This Faucet and Soap Discpenser is very nice and I have NO ISSUES with the finish, they look great!! It was relatively easy to install but I had a cramped space so it took a little time. The initial issue was that the water flow was VERY weak and it got progressively worse after a few days. I followed the instructions to let the water flow for a minute before connecting the hose to the gooseneck extension. Even during that phase, I thought the water flow was not very good. After reading some reviews and when the flow deteriorated to a bit more than a dribble, I went back and disconnected the hoses, cleaned the flow control section and changed my shut off valves. I reconnected the supply hoses turned on the water to do the "clean out" phase. The weak flow was still present. NO CHANGE. My last and final check was to use my portable air compressor to blow air through in the REVERSE direction of the water supply to see if there was a blockage. VIOLA!!!!! A couple small chunks of hard foam or rubber came out. The one in the pictures is the larger piece and the smaller piece was about half the size. Once those pieces came out and I connected everything back, the WATER FLOW was GREAT and how I expected. I don't know if was an internal piece that came off or debris during manufacturing, but I hope this helps others if they are having the same issue. ... show more

Honestly, the few negative reviews almost made me return it ... but my husband installed it very easily in about 30 mins. NO HE IS NOT A PLUMBER!!! (Took longer to remove the old one.) It operates smoothly and the long pull out hose makes it convenient when reaching the counter to fill the water filter. Love the wide sweeping spray. VERY HAPPY!!!! ... show more

Replaced an old Moen builders grade plain vanilla faucet that had been there since 1968, and had finally given up the ghost. Two complete cartridge replacements on the old Moen by another plumber not the one who did the install on the new faucet didnt stop the dripping from the Moen. To add insult to injury, the guy who tried twice to fix the Moen msanaged to switch the hot Nd cold feeders on his sevond go round. Makes a real difference in the look of the kitchen I had a professional plumber in to install it. At 75 I don't get under cabinets on my back upside down anymore to use a basin wrench to unscrew the locking nuts on 50 plus year old faucets, so I can't really comment on the install difficulty or ease of the install process. At least it doesn't leak like the old one did. I love the center spout pull out / pull down hose. It's only been installed 6 weeks.. I hope I have the same feeling of satisfaction one year, and rwo years from install date. ... show more

With some hesitation I attempted to remove my old Kohler faucet (single lever with spray on the side). After about one and half hours, I was about to call the plumber but I started to rattle the faucet which caused the cracked base support underneath to fall off in pieces and then dripped all over as I went under the sink. I also got water from some hose dripping into my left ear. But once the support fell off I was able to pull everything up through the hole and get the old faucet out. Given the rust, it was not possible to disconnect the support nut by wrench or pliers. Then comes the easy part. Installation of this faucet is so easy even an old senior like me can do it (with neck and back ache consequences). Once in place, the faucet is so elegant (even better than the steel one) and functions like a charm. I washed the cast iron grills on my cooktop and rinsing them off with the sprayer function was such a breeze. This faucet is quite heavy and it is recommended to have wood added to stainless steel sink for support. But my stone sink has no problem. I am glad I chose Kohler again. Removal of this faucet 10 years later could be another problem as the ring screws on to the faucet stem to secure it and rust will certainly prevent the ring to slide back out again for removal. Maybe I should keep spraying the stem and ring assembly regularly with antirust spray. ... show more
