I love black toilets and when when I bought my new condo a year ago, I knew I would replace the boring old white ones with black ones. Love the sleek lines of this classy looking toilet and I absolutely LOVE the black. It looks stunning with the colorful seat in my ocean-themed guest bathroom. And the cat likes it too, as you can see. Like the strong and complete flush on this toilet as well. Can't stand toilets that have a weak flush. They supposedly save water, but they really don't because you have to end up flushing more than once. And I liked it that this manufacturer offered this model with a round bowl -- I can't stand the elongated bowls but that seems to be the only choice most manufacturers offer. I read lots of reviews on black toilets before I ordered mine and inexplicably, some people said they didn't like the black, claiming that it "shows everything" and never looks clean. That makes absolutely no sense to me. If anything, it's the WHITE toilets that "show everything" and never look clean. The black ones show nothing and always look clean.
