Description

Bring quiet confidence to your everyday routines with the KOHLER Cachet ReadyLatch® Quiet-Close™ elongated toilet seat, a thoughtful blend of subtle styling and smart engineering that fits most elongated toilets. Installation takes only a screwdriver and happens entirely from above the bowl, so there is no reaching underneath to tighten anything. Grip-Tight bumpers hold the seat firmly in place to prevent shifting, while Quiet-Close™ technology lowers the lid and seat gently to prevent slamming. When it is time to clean, the ReadyLatch® hinge securely locks the seat in position, yet releases easily so you can lift it away and reach every corner. A contoured shape adds welcome comfort, and color-matched hinges complete the refined look. It is the reassuring mix of function and style that makes each day feel a little more effortless.

    • I replaced the Original with afternarket seat. this is better
Style: Ready Latch Size: Elongated Color: White
Product was easy to Install. the bolt and screw mounting system seems better than the replacement one I used before which had a different type of screw and bolt set up. Its not a heavy seat but It seems sturdy and should hold up to daily use. Ive only had it a day so far but is working great. I think its better to stick with the original manufacturer for replacement parts for things like this. One may be able to find cheaper stuff but this seat seems to be probably the best quality for the best price. ... show more

    • I don't know why I didn't buy one sooner.
Style: Ready Latch Size: Round Color: White
I was tired of holding the toilet seat to close so it didn't slam. This makes it a lot easier to close without having my hands on the seat. Also, it's easy to pop off to clean. The only issue I had was that the first one I bought the color did not match my toilet, so I had to exchange it for one that did. I've had my condo for over a year and didn't really think to upgrade my toilet seat. ... show more

    • Easy to install
Style: Ready Latch Size: Elongated Color: White
The installation takes less than 5 minutes. A phillips screwdriver, unscrew the old one, screw in the new one. This lid has a soft close feature that works just fine. It was a little different than the old model in that when opening it, there is no soft open. So I tend to slam it against the back tank when opening it, I just have to get used to using less force when opening it. ... show more
