Over priced for brass/gold, but otherwise very happy with the faucet. Over a year ago we had bought a different brand's knockoff of this style to save money. But at the end of the day, the quality was never there and we ultimately ended up replacing that faucet with this one after all. In hindsight, we regret wasting money on the off-brand and wish we had just purchased the Kohler initially. We gave it 4 stars, rather than 5, because the pull out portion of the faucet is plastic and not metal which can cause mismatched color tones between the faucet base and pull out. This faucet does not need space under the sink for a pull out hose, which is why I purchased it. The pull out faucet kept getting caught on plumbing fittings below the sink. This faucet does not need anything to move below the sink. The main problem with the faucet is that the button to increase water flow temporarily gets permanently stuck after a few months of use, and cannot be fixed without buying another $40 part which will likely fail again in 2 months. Essentially the higher water flow is permanently on due to this design defect. The fan water spray pattern is great, but does result in much splashing due in part by the higher water flow. The installation was easy, but the hot/cold water hoses are marked so that the single handle control is opposite of the Moen faucet that sits in an adjacent sink, so that the cold Kohler water setting is "handle up" whereas with the Moen faucet cold is handle down. That can be fixed by reversing the hot/cold water hoses, but it would be nice if the industry would agree on single handle kitchen faucets as they have for most other faucets. ... show more

I normally don't write reviews. Especially one star reviews. But I just feel I had to do it for this product to hopefully divert somebody from making the same mistake I did. I am the type that will spend days and weeks researching an item before making a purchase. Based on my diligence, this item constantly came on top of lists. I went for it. Packaging was what you would expect. Everything was clearly labeled and well protected. However, the installation process was quite cumbersome. The installation of the control box is a nightmare with wires all over the place and a high risk of getting the electrical components wet during it. The first faucet that I tried didn't work at all on the electronic side. The second faucet came with the wrong color. The third and final faucet arrived completely intact and fully functional. Well, functional isn't really the right word. The application is horrible. From initially conducting to the faucet and linking to Google Assistant, to actually getting any voice commands to work. It is so bad that you simply will give up on ever trying to use it. The wand also wouldn't retract at all. It's as if I had to force it inward every time and was damaging something. Where's the finish. Nothing about it is spotless. I feel like I stain it just by looking at it. I have had Delta faucets that were less than $100 and prevented spotting way more. It makes my high-end kitchen look so dirty every time. I have never been so disappointed in a product in quite some time. Definitely did not expect this out of Kohler. I have some of their other faucets in my bathrooms and I am quite happy with it. I went with a Moen Cian faucet as a replacement and have not looked back. The installation is super easy. The application is awesome! You can operate the via the sensor or manually without having to close and reopen the handle. The finish is a stain proof as you can expect. And the voice commands are flawless with a lot more functionality. You can establish any presets you would like in terms of a volume. By calibrating it manually. You can tell the faucet to dispense specific temperatures and volumes. Etc. Kohler has a long way to go to catch up to Moen on the voice command side of things. Very surprising! ... show more

I very much like how this looks--it fits into just about any decoration scheme, without being over-the-top. The spray feature works even when the water pressure is very low, so I can clean out between the sink and the counter in my under-the-counter mounted sink without spraying water all over the kitchen. The water hits where you want it to in the sink--close to the drain so you don't splash yourself--but the pull out allows you to target the full sink (or beyond). The finish goes very well with my other stainless steel appliances, and also goes well with the brushed nickel knobs and pulls. I enjoy being able to fill pots faster by pushing a button. The only learning curve for me is getting used to the spray vs. stream setting remaining on after you stop the water. I've sprayed a few things inadvertently, when I meant for the water to stream. But that is easy to get used to. Finally, I like the company. I recently had a very old Kohler bathroom sink leak--and the company sent me the parts I needed to replace, without charge. Generally excellent. Everyone quickly got used to the motion control. The brushed brass finish is excellent and cleans easily. Hose length is plenty long, has a ball joint for the sprayer, and the spray pattern is effective. I do wish the magnetic docking for the spray head was self-aligning like some competitors, but otherwise we have no complaints in day-to-day operation. With the motion control, it was more hassle than a typical faucet to install due to the extra hose (1) and wires (3) needed for the solenoid & control board. Also, it does not come with the 2 wood screws needed for mounting the solenoid housing to your cabinet, which seems a bit cheap. No regrets… at least now that the credit card bill is in the past. ... show more
