I got this camera/printer specifically for a school trip out of the country with students. I wanted students to be able to take photos on their phones like they are used to and be able to print their favorites right while we were there to use in their travel journals. This was the only instant print camera that I could find that student ts can upload photos and print via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth works fine, the quality of the photo is what you’d expect from an instant printer, easy interface (you have to download an app). The biggest letdown is the battery life and it overheats after about 4 photos. I had it charged to 100%, in a very air conditioned room, and after 4 photos it overheated so I had to wait 3-5 minutes for it to cool down. And then it continued to overheat after each photo after that. And then, printing 8 photos, the battery was at 10%. And it was only on and printing for about 30 minutes. Really love the portable printer only thing that was different is the time to print the picture but pictures came out great. Be careful when buying the suggestion to add film when you buy this product cause that recommendation that film didn’t fit the printer. Was wrong size so just be aware of printer paoer size. My husband got this for me because like everyone else in this day and age, I take tons of photos on my phone. It's so easy to bluetooth connect and print up adorable little 3x3 photos from your phone, or you can take pics directly from the camera itself (it's just rather bulky to carry around). The photo quality is actually really good! I'm super impressed with this little camera, and I take it on trips with me to print up photos I can give to people 30 seconds later :) ... show more

It’s a cute camera and something I like. I am not sure if the one I got is just off. I had two of these with two different quality’s. One is instant the other is from digital. It’s more clear. Digital. So it’s almost like get a camera that can print digital. I like the instant pictures on my Fuji camera. This is okay. Maybe I just got a bad cam. ... show more

    • Broke 3 Months In

I absolutely loved this thing the first 3 months I had it! (Even if the colors on the photos were a little under saturated) But today I’m printing photos and one gets stuck in the “prepare” phase halfway out of the machine, it won’t fix itself and it won’t turn off. It starting to overheat so I used a paperclip to hit the little hard reset button on the side. I give it a minute to cool down and change the cartridge since the misprint photo was the last one in that cartridge. Now the machine refuses to print anything. It says the brand new, totally full cartridges are empty and wants me to replace them. I’ve tried 2 separate brand new cartridges. I’m not sure what to do at this point but this was a lot of money to only get 3 months out of it. ... show more

    • Print quality is great if you're willing to wait

The print quality is excellent, especially when you use the app and sync it to your phone where you can edit and crop photos before printing them. The camera feature is kind of a joke, the print quality when using the built in camera is pretty bad so don't bother with that unless you're in a pinch without a phone. A few things to be aware of, a single charge will print about 5-10 photos before needing to be recharged. This is fine for most situations but if you're at an event or party where you might want to print more than 10 photos, it can be kind of annoying. I ended up plugging it in to a USB power bank to keep it going. Another drawback is that if you're printing several photos in a short time span, such as using the multiple prints feature in the app, the printer will overhead and give you a "overheat warning" and it will freeze for 10 or more minutes until the printer cools down. The last thing to be aware of if that the 4-pass function is very slow since it prints each color one by one. I just wanted to point out these drawbacks that I wish I knew about before buying this printer, but overall I would still buy it again for the quality. ... show more

Pictures come out a little pixelated on the screen so it is hard to tell if they'll be good or not but I do appreciate how easy it is to use. Picture quality on the print is good, but there are other brands out there that are same price point, just a little better.
