As soon as I supplied them my order #, they gifted the stainless scissors to me in additionto the regular scissors. They arrived before my knive set! 2nd, my knife set went on sale 48 hours after receiving, so I contacted them asking if they could issue a refund for the difference instead of having to send back my set and purchase again at the lower price. They gave me a refund for the difference so I wouldn't have to go through all that. AMAZING!! I know I can depend on their customer service whenever need them. Buyer beware!!! Knives will completely rust after first wash. Terrible and the vendor doesn’t answer their phone. Update: the vendor responded and sent a second knife set which we appreciated. However, the same issue occurred. The knives completely rusted even though we are washing by hand. TERRIBLE QUALITY- DO NOT recommend.

We’ve been using this set for several months now, my husband likes to bbq meat a lot and really loves how sharp these knives are. They’re also a very nice sleek look in our kitchen. Truly a steal for the price.

These knives are extremely sharp. Sharper than I expected! It took some time getting use to. I think I've cut myself at least 5 times since owning them! Use caution! Very well made and very sharp. I can cut through anything very easily with min effort!

Both the knives and the look on the countertop are very sharp, but the block is larger than the block that it replaced. The knives have a nice feel to them and are extremely sharp. They cut through food very easily without tearing or shredding. There are two things that I don't like: (1) The holder for the steak knives only sits in the main block. It's not built into the main block and does not attach so that if you have to tip the block to retrieve a larger knife from the main block (see #2), it tilts out of place. (2) The block with the knives in place is pretty tall. If you keep it on the counter under cabinets, you can't just pull a large knife out of the block. You will have to tip the block to retrieve the knife, then refer to #1 - the steak knives tilt out. Unfortunately, I have no available space on the countertop that is not right below the cabinets. But I do recommend them.

I really love this knife set, It is super sharp and it comes with 6 steak knives where the whole block comes off. This makes it easy for when I clean the knife block from dust and food that has gotten on it. It comes with a knife sharpener which I have yet had to use yet. And it also comes with sizzors which are extremely sharp. I have cut myself almost to the point of needing stitches about a month ago, let's just say I am more vigilant and watching my fingers when I use these knives now. They are easy to wash I would recommend if you handwash, to hand dry them to prevent water spots to be left on them. this set would make a really great wedding gift or a house warming gift.

Recieved this as a Christmas gift and the colors are WAY off! The block is orange when it should be more brown (like on the knifes themselves). Unsure of quality of knifes at this time.

I do not even know where to start on this knife set! First off, just beautiful on my counter and will literally upgrade any kitchen with this basic, classy black base and gorgeous stainless steel knife set. Stunning doesn't even cover how well it looks in person--the contrast between the shiny knife handles and the black base really blends into my kitchen and is such a convenient grouping all the necessary knives that I love having it out for everyone to see. Second--SUPER sharp. Maybe my knives are just old, but I had no idea how hard I was working to cut the basics in the kitchen until I used this set and discovered that cooking should not be as hard as I was making it! LOVE LOVE LOVE the removable steak knife mini-block!!! Summer is coming and having a small block of steak knives ready to go to the BBQ table is a great feature that I never knew I needed until I got this set. Absolutely love this knife set and this would make an excellent wedding gift to a new couple and way better than the name brand block I received! 5++ stars!!
