I’ve been really happy with this knife set so far. The knives came out of the box very sharp and make cutting everything from vegetables to meat much easier. The handles feel comfortable and secure, and the different knife sizes cover just about every task I need in the kitchen. I also like that the universal knife block doesn’t take up too much counter space and can hold the knives securely. Another big plus is that the set is dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup quick and convenient. Overall, this is a great value for the price. I like this set and the options it gives me in the kitchen. They were nicely sharpened right out of the box, and they seem to hold an edge really well. My only gripe, which I have a weird habit of sharing to new people who come to my house, is the weight of the handle. They are made from lightweight plastic, and the balance of the knife feels off. I know it sounds like I’m some knife expert talking about balance, on the contrary.
