Update again: Josie responded and has offered to resend me more hair to see if I recieved a bad batch of hair. I promised to update as the customer service is outstanding. I will update again when I have recieved the new hair. Recieved this hair in 14 and 16 in quickly, opened the thought it wasn't enough but it was and looked great. The tape is good and I have been wearing them about 3 weeks now without any slipping or pieces falling out, however these are NOT 100% human hair they dry out when washed the first time. I have worn extensions for several years so I know how to take care of them. I have been able to "save" them by deep conditioning but I do not believe I will put them back in when I remove them as they are more work than I have ever experienced with wearing extensions. I'm sad bc I love the color and how light weight they are, I just wish they weren't a blend and would last for multiple wears. The 14 and 16 extensions I would still Gove a 2 start review however the customer service is 5 star! ... show more

During the pandemic I lived the "Brad Mondo Bleach Fail" life and burned my hair into a mullet. It was terrible! As if being stuck inside and having the world crumble around me wasn't enough, I also completely lost my confidence and sense of self(who knew hair was so important yikes!). My first purchase was the 2/8 balayage in I believe 12 inches for my grad school graduation last May. I have never bought hair from Amazon before only glam seamless but I thought I'd give it a shot. They were perfect for what I needed, they made my hair look full and pretty and I felt so great for my graduation day and all the family pics. They were sensitive to high heat and olaplaex #0 and #3 are a must for keeping them shiny and soft but was very happy. This past January I had ANOTHER hair disaster curtsy of a local salon and I was so upset. My wedding anniversary as well as a celebratory trip out of town was coming up and I just wanted to feel good about myself so I came back to these extensions and I have to say the quality is even better than before. I wanted a golden blonde, Blake Lively mane so I mixed 16/22, 6/27/60 balayage, and at the suggestion of the company 10/14 and it was perfect! They look so natural and are a perfect match to my hair. I have also heat styled these everyday with a curling wand at 360 and they have held curls and waves beautifully. Now that I'm back from my trip I won't heat style as mush and will use olaplaex and good shampoo/conditioner but these are great. They also updated the tape which is awesome. It used to be just glue and you had to add your own tape but now they have good quality tape. TO REMOVE: I highly recommend the big kizzy remover set. Spray all your tapes with the first one, really saturate them, and then go in w/ the second solution. Have a rattail comb, your favorite show or podcast, and a little patience. My experience has been that these don't damage my hair and gives my hair a chance to grow out while still letting me feel confident and pretty. ... show more

I have been using this hair for a while. However, I had problems three weeks ago. I am re-writing my review because during my trip more hair fell off. However, I went to a hair salon during my trip to Emirates, and the hairstylist over there just touch my hair and noticed the cuticle of my hair was sealed and this was the real reason why my hair was not holding the extension. Then I realized that I had my Keratin treatment done one day before the extensions. NEVER DO KERATIN if you intend to use extensions hair.! ... show more

I purchased a couple different lengths, 16 14 12 and 10 because I have several different layers in my hair. it was very unhealthy because I have bleached it so many times and I just was to the point where I wanted to chop it all off but I didn't want to do that so I decided to go with tape ins. I had an issue with color match, good colors I ordered were the same colors but they looked different whenever they came they must have been it from a different batch or something I'm not sure but I reached out to customer service and they fixed it in no time. it was super easy and they were very friendly and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. it was well worth the time to do it. I'm happy with it and they're far from perfect because I put them in myself with no help but I love them and that's all that matters! if you are trying to decide on these, stop reading hours of reviews and just do it. I usually bleach my hair with blonde me bleach powder and tone it with Wella t18 and these platinum blonde match very well. I purple shampood them one time. 🖤 🖤 ... show more

Edit to add that I changed to 3 stars because their customer service reached out to me and offered to replace the extensions or refund me. The extensions did end up pulling a lot of my hair out even with the solution to remove the glue, so I opted for the refund. I will add that I did buy some clip in hair extensions from them about 6 years ago, and I still occasionally wear them to this day. I've worn my extensions collectively for about 6-7 weeks. At first, I absolutely loved them! When washed they dried exactly like my hair does (wavy/curly) and I was so excited because this meant that I didn't have to fix my hair every single day to make it match my extensions. Well it turns out these are not 100% human hair as advertised. After about the second wash I noticed how rough and ratty the extensions were starting to get. I deep conditioned several times, but that was just a waste of product. These extensions are more of a high quality synthetic material than anything else. (Imagine barbie hair how it starts out nice, but by about a week in she looks homeless). ... show more
