I’ve used & loved this product for years so know it well. The bottle had leaked a bit in the packaging and the pump never opened up so I had to screw off the top. When I did, the product that came out was runny, much more watery than the shampoo. (It’s usually a thick, creamy texture.) I mixed it with some in another bottle to help thicken it up a little but will not buy online again. ... show more
