Great seller, customer service, they tried to help troubleshoot the best they could . Sent the first one back , refunded no issue and took a chance on a second one due to the really excellent communication from them , which let me know that the issues I was experiencing were not normal . So the second one came and after I had some time to spend with it , Wow ! I got this great sound programmed in just tweaking the sound they had preset and saved it . This is a great tool for practice , writing and just having fun . There are many drum tracks to choose from , it is really easy to dial in the BPM and change the volume on the drums . It makes practicing alone a lot better . The drum tracks are great to keep your timing up . There are many sounds I have not had time to explore yet . So far this product is really Great and I am super happy I purchased it again . The customer service is really excellent and they really seem to care about their customers . I got nothing for free or any thing so this is a honest review of my own experience . I bought three different brands of similar multi- effects units and the KMF-1 is the one I use the most and is the best of the three as far as sound quality .

This is a decent beginner’s pedal, has a variety of different sounds and also recording capabilities. It’s my son’s first pedal and is not bad for a starts, he has a smaller amp and he’s barely learning so this is not complicated for him to learn how to use a more complicated pedal. I would say that for the money, this is a good choice.

This thing is really really cool. Especially when it’s so inexpensive. I am an apartment dwelling modest guitarist and this machine lets you bypass the amplifier entirely and plug you headphones directly into it. It has presets for days that will keep you occupied until you find your own sweet spot. Drums. Tuner. Metronome. It’s got it all. Handles a 7 string’s low end just fine.

Absolute garbage. Used it 1 time and now my guitar won’t play noise and I know it’s the pedal. The built in tuner works and plays volume but the second I exit it it’s back to not working. Their website is absolutely worthless for troubleshooting and the manual is even worse.

This is an awesome piece of kit for cheap. I don’t balance well, so when I lift a foot things go wonky. I have stomped all over this thing. You can’t hurt it and it rocks. I’ve got six effects boxes, multi effects, and this one stays in the chain and powered up. The only one in the chain. Remember, Cozmic Charly Told Ya So.

This pedal blew me away with its versatility and tone quality. The 77 effects sound amazing, and the built-in tuner and looper are super handy. It's compact, intuitive, and delivers pro-level sound for a fraction of the price. Whether you're jamming at home or gigging, this pedal won’t disappoint. I didnt get any noticeable delay and it has a lot of functions, you can connect it to the PC to configure your own effects but i didnt test that function, ill be updating soon.
