I received my bike and it was easy to install by following the video tutorial. the battery did not work for some reason but Leslie Shipped a replacement, I recommend buying this for reason of good support when you need it.

This came paper stuck the paint, back tire was no good. Very disappointing to spend that kind of money and not even getting a working product, if I had it my way, I would wanted a full refund

I have rode my bike a couple times and I have happy with it so far. I was fearful that for the price I purchased it for it wouldn’t show up. It did and it went together easy. Please note that the other review with the dog has the handle bar base installed backwards. The other kmade model that is red says it has an acceleration mode where pedaling is not required. This bike does not have this option. Pedal assist with 3 levels or no assist at all.

Packages arrived early. Bike rack shipped separately and arrived at same time. Putting together was straightforward. Did have to have my neighbor do it as it does require some strength for the wheel bolt tightened at factory. No dings or scratches. Battery charged and dropped in and performed as described. Seat is comfortable. Used my car tire inflator to pump up tires. No time at all. So far, been an excellent experience. This is my first ebike.

the ride is great for keeping up with our husky and also is comfortable. love the clean white design and how the battery is flush with the body. the rear rack was nice to have to carry extra stuff when the backpack was not enough for all the things that we wanted to bring on some rides to the park. thought that the ability to use it as a regular bike was nice so when we want to exercise, we could. the adjustability of the bike was a great feature so if my girlfriend wanted to use the bike to run our husky, we can change to fit both of our sizes.

The media could not be loaded. The quality of the bikes are the same as most other bikes that cost a lot more money. I received the bikes in about 7 days and the boxes were in good condition. I had a issue with one of the batteries and the seller fixed the problem within a week, thanks Lesley! Excellent customer service and communication. Overall they are great quality cruisers for the money.
