These are all about performance. I have the original Klipsch T5 True Wireless earbuds and they've made some dramatic improvements. They seemed a bit pricey at first, but the more I used them I realized why - they outperform most other earphones in every way. SOUND Amazingly clear and accurate, clean & crisp highs, great bass. I mainly use these on flights and I like that I can easily toggle from ANC, to transparency so I can hear the pilots/flight attendants on the loudspeaker, or just turn the ANC off. With ANC on I tend to listen to these at close to max volume (in the long-run it's probably better for my ears that these don't get louder). FIT Like the previous Klipsch earbuds, they include multiple sizes of oval ear-tips that fit nicely in my ears for hours on end without hurting my ears like some other earbuds. FUNCTIONALITY Basically, you tap or hold a button located on either the left or right earbud, depending on what you are trying to do. For example, 1-tap on the left toggles between ANC, transparency, and ANC off. Or 2 taps on the right earbud to skip a track. I had to check the manual when I first used these to figure the functions out, but after the first use, they are easy to remember and easy to control. PAIRING By far the biggest improvement from the previous models - they paired right out of the box and I haven't had any issues since. APP CONTROL With the Klipsch Connect App, I was able to turn on Dirac HD which I like for most songs. If it's a quality recording this seems to enhance nicely. There are some presets built into the app as well that I havent used yet. CASE Incredibly lightweight yet tough. It's impressive that with all the abuse I've put it through, yet it still looks brand new. CHARGING Klipsch includes a slick charging pad that allows your phone to charge on one side and the earbud case on the other side. I find it easier to just plug the headphone case in when I charge these but probably because I'm always using these when out and about. Overall, you can tell that both Klipsch and McLaren put a lot of attention to detail into these, and other than the price, these are impressive. ... show more

    • AWEFUL FOR THE PRICE AND CAN’T EVEN RETURN

As much as I like good hardware quality (for Klipsch) and as much as I'm a car enthusiast (for Mclaren edition), I am very disappointed with the sound quality, the mic quality, and the return policy. More regarding that from my final verdict below. Pros: -Build quality is great -Design is great -Fitment is great -Physical buttons; great response; don't have to press too hard/soft. -Orange and black color -Packaging and contents is again great quality Cons: -Volume level can be low even at its max -Sound quality could be better; without the Dirac, it would be very disappointing -Charging case can be frustrating; hard to figure out which one is left and which one is right -Low battery life -ANC - it's so terrible that I could barely tell a difference when ANC is on and when ANC is off (even when having the ANC at the Max from the App setting) -MIC - the mic is mediocre Verdict: I am so disappointed and I usually don't give 1 star reviews, but I am very upset that KLIPSCH is not allowing to make returns. When I requested to return these, I contacted Amazon customer service and they mentioned that the manufacturer doesn't allow returns. So, KLIPSCH the MANUFACTURER made it not possible to make a return from Amazon. This is ridiculous. I'm sure KLIPSCH knew how expensive these earbuds were, so they made them unreturnable and profited from these overpriced earbuds! The quality is great to get me wrong. But it really underperformed and everything is mediocre about it in regards to usability: sound quality, mic quality, and ANC is pretty much non-existent. Epic fail! Now I am stuck with these and won't even bother using them. I was planning on gifting it, but I'm afraid that the person that I plan on giving it to wouldn't appreciate the sound quality. This product is really embarrassing and KLIPSCH usually makes great products, but this is an epic fail. It's so ridiculous how KLIPSCH is not allowing Amazon Customers to make returns. KLIPSCH is becoming very stingy and now is focusing more so on marketing to make profits as opposed to making true audiophile quality headphones/earbuds. Truly disappointed at a company that I had admired for years. Goodbye KLIPSCH. You really lost a loyal customer with this unacceptable product, especially partnering with Mcclaren. I'm a car enthusiast and respect the McClaren brand, but I don't respect the partnership of KLIPSCH and McClaren of the T5 II. ... show more
