I bought 4 of these to be both my main front speakers, my rear surround speakers, and my front and rear vertical/height (Dolby Atmos) speakers. So keep in mind you don't plug 1 pair of speaker wires into them. Think of them as 2 speakers in one. So you plug 2 pairs of wires because the height speakers (which are beautiful in their own right) are sitting inside the top with their own special crossover filters so when the sound waves hit your ceiling at a 20° angle it will sound like the sound is right over your head (rain, aircraft etc). To get the most out of them you want Netflix, Prime Video, Amazon Music etc). I.e., the platforms that have Dolby Atmos. Watch Planet Earth or the 20 minute rescue seen in the beginning of extraction. It's insane. The vertical speakers don't take much power and the towers themselves are actually very efficient. You don't need a ton of wattage to get these very loud which is something Klipsch has always been good at. The are not super wide but are deep and heavy so you can get good bass with the clarity of the trademark Tractrix horn mounted tweeter (another reason they're efficient). Solid stuff. The product is compelling. It is solidly build and fills a room with sound that encompasses the nuances of music and video. The rear terminals are easy to remove if damaged and the feet are sturdy. The size of the speakers may be a plus for some, especially trying to meet clearance space behind them. I do not have the full recommended space of -1-2 feet but they do not sound harsh to my ears and Eq help also. Overall great speakers. ... show more

I've only had these set up less than a day. I'm impressed! The stand alone sound quality is fantastic! These speakers are heavy. You'll need appropriate equipment to get them up stairs. It's worth every second once you get them hooked up to your new Pioneer Elite receiver. I've had other Klipsch speakers and I always return! Just do it! ... show more

Awesome sound worth the money as long as it comes in damaged bought used like new and all the corners were busted up and bowing out chips taken out of the corners and the screen was wedged on due to the damage.
