I have to say, Kilpsch support is excellent. I received my first unit, and while it worked over fiber perfectly, if I used the eARC connection we'd get some odd noise after say, 1 hour, of use. The Klipsch team had me try some tests and because I only had 1 TV with eARC, we couldn't definitively determine if the problem was the TV or the soundbar. But they nonetheless shipped me another one and it worked perfectly on eARC! Let me just say too that the sound performance is very good. I'm downsizing from a large Hsu Research subwoofer based system so I'm used to hearing 15 Hz (or should I say feeling 15 Hz), and no this 10" subwoofer isn't providing that, but it is very respectable in the rumble department. Haven't done any room tests, but to me anything below 40 Hz is a tight, deep bass sound and this system provides plenty down there, and importantly, it isn't a 1-note-wonder. It actually faithfully, and at relatively constant volume, plays each separate note in that range. Not only that, you can add a second for more low end. Finally, loved how easy it was to set up.     • This system fills a room with sound.
I am an audio file. After my system was banished to the man cave, I struggled to get a sound I liked in my living room with 15’ ceilings and wood floors. It was difficult to get the room to fill with sound without bouncing off everything. Once I put the Flexus in the room it suddenly was full of sound. Even before the sub showed up I was pleased. A few days later the sub showed up and DAMN!!! After almost a year with it, my only complaint is the Atmos and the Sirius app on the TV. When they speak through a mic, certain sounds cause a popping. I’m sure this is probably an Atmos conversion issue. It is the only situation I have heard this. I would highly recommend this product and do to anyone who asks.. the app makes it super easy to adjust the sound to what ever size room you are trying to fill. Being able to adjust the sub level and control the sound bar levels from the comfort of where you are listening from. Being able to go from movie to music mode, and connect your phone to cook clean or just have background noise. Today’s music has plenty of Atmos recordings and this system brings old music like the Beatles into a whole new dimension. You will hear things in these Atmos recordings you never knew were there.. even hi def audio recordings have a whole new level of separation. This is a small speaker, but when you receive the box you will think they shipped you 2. It probably weighs as much as 2 or three of those cheap sound bars out there. Probably has as many speakers as 2 or three of them too.. With the built in sub woofer the sound bar alone will amaze you. I have the sub and the rear speakers will be on my Christmas list… LoL.
