I really like the size of this little Boom Box. It has a charge cord. After it's charged it can be used portable. Its great for outside use and on camping trips as It can charge my phone as well. The charge seems to last a very long time and is somewhat dependent on the volume etc..The volume can be plenty loud with good bass too!! I would give 5 stars if it was a little easier to use and it had an alarm function and sleep timer? If it has these i can figure out how to use it...It connects to my bluetooth phone very easily and the included remote will work ok but not as far as i would like. The display is bright enough I just wish it had a couple more features. Genes 2 cents!

This is more a novelty..it is kinda cool with all its bells and whistles but calling this a 'boom box' is a bit of a stretch. It's a little bigger and louder than a small alarm clock and only has a 10 watt speaker which is comparable to most headsets and small ear buds so don't expect any "Extra Bass" or anything remotely close like the misleading description states. This could be a [gag] gift for someone that still has a CD collection, but besides very targeted demographic, I'm sure there's much better products with accurate descriptions so I'd recommend finding something else.

My autistic son uses this with his desktop computer as a speaker. And its portable so he can take it outside and enjoy the AM/FM radio or play his favorite music CDs without worrying about electricity. It has held a charge pretty good and I'm surprised he only changed it once a week. He doesn't play a lot of CDs but truly enjoys the radio part. It has the digital display which he enjoys looking at too as it soothes him to see it at night and helps him fall asleep faster. I know, it might sound weird to some but if you are familiar with any autism spectrum disorder you already understand. Even though we have a radio in the car, my son has to take this with him wherever we go. Sounds good, easy to operate, and plays well. For the way it brings out my sons personality I'd buy a whole truck load of them for other kids if I had the ability. He calls it his "speaker thang" lol. Can't leave home or go to sleep without it!💞

I ordered this to replace an aging AM/FM radio for my bathroom/shower. I like to have music playing during my nightly showers. Alas, as we all know, most of the time the FM radio just plays commercials - and always right after you step into the shower. But this boombox player completely solves that problem for me - it's awesome! Not only is it an AM/FM radio (which I won't be using much), it's also a USB player (MP3 files on a USB stick), a bluetooth receiver, it has an input for a 3.5mm connection to any so-equipped device, and of course a CD player for those like me who still have boxes of CDs but nowhere to play them. And it works PERFECTLY in all of those modes. The remote control (batteries INCLUDED!) is super handy to bump ahead songs if desired, or to change modes (USB to CD etc.). It's also battery powered so it will be really nice to be able to take out onto the deck on a summer afternoon for tunes while watching the sunset.. My ONLY slightly negative comment would be the USB port (which is my main input of interest, as my old Infiniti car had a USB input so I have a dozen sticks packed with music I like) is mounted on the rear panel not the front panel. This means if you want the unit placed close to a wall on the back side, the USB stick is going to make the unit stick out from the wall the length of the USB stick. For me, it was an easy-peasy fix - I happened to have a right-angle USB cord adapter in my "cable stash" - but even if you had to buy one, they're $4 or so on Amazon. I'm only pointing this out just in case anyone else planning to use it with a USB stick might want to take this into consideration. All around, I love this player - it plays LOUD, has great tone, and is already a much-liked add-on to my nightly shower routine. 5 stars all the way
