Recently bought a Lenovo Legion from Best Buy, Ryzen 5700G with RTX 3060. It came with 16 Gigs in dual channel (Samsung branded). Nothing Best Buy sells will run at full speed (3200) in the Legion pre-builts. Did my research and found out the RAM has to be JEDEC compatible for the motherboard to manually run it at full speed. These work perfectly and were the most affordable at the time. So now I'm running quad channel 32 Gigs! Your situation may vary, but if your motherboard supports JEDEC but not XMP you should be good to go with these.

Got the 32G (16Gx2) 2666 Memory. Mine had Made in Taiwan label on them. First running on windows and running some dos commands, it came out as unknown manufacturer and unknown memory product ID... Then running MemTest86 it shows as Essence core memory. Ran free version of Memtest86 and 4 cycles of Memory test and came out as a perfect pass. I don't know about the reliability but as far as I can tell; Essence Core looks like a brand that has either been bought out by sk hynix or essence core sources the chips from SK hynix. Was strange that windows showed it as an Unknown manufacturer. I had them for only 2 days but I will give it a score of 5. I am using this on Asrock B450M steel legend everything on stock setting. No issues so far. The black pcb is a plus. ======= Update. Got another pair of 32G (16Gx2) 2666 Memory. This time labelled Made in Korea. Also memtest86 passed perfectly.

I bought this to upgrade my son's PC for gaming and the results were immediate. Installation was a breeze and when I consider the difference in price between going with the PC with the additional memory included vs adding it myself, I am definitely coming out on top of this transaction. I highly recommend this item, I haven't experience any performance issues as yet, so I'm very thankful for this find.

It works great with my "Asus PrimeZ390 A" and "Intel i9 9900k" processor, no issue at all. I don't have a video card installed yet because of a shortage of inventory at this time so I can't tell if there is any incompatibility issues with this Memory. I am using the on board video card for now and works great.

Bought the 2x8GB 3200Mhz kit to upgrade from 2x4GB sticks that operated at 2666Mhz. Windows only reports the new sticks running at 2400Mhz. Putting the old RAM back in shows 2666Mhz. Pretty disappointed.

Significantly improved overall performance. Considering the low price, this ram is a steal if the specs are compatible with your motherboard. If you rated this less than 5 stars, perhaps the ram is not compatible or the architecture is flawed. Keep the voltage in mind!

I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop and wanted to run my Ryzen processor in dual channel at the 3200mz the OEM stick was at. Bought Corsair Vengeance at 3200mz, put it in, 2133mz. Took it back to Best Buy. Looked online for OEM ram just to not deal with the hassle.....the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Don't buy them....EVER. This ram popped right in, ran at the correct speed and was wildly cheaper! Save yourself the trouble and if you have an OEM motherboard that doesn't support XMP, buy this ram. You'll be glad you did.
