Trash truck drivers NEED
This has to be the best Amazon purchase I've made in a long time. I am a trash truck driver, I drive a front loader over 9 hours a day and this thing operates without fail. My biggest concern with it when I bought it was the magnet. I was worried that the magnet wasn't going to be strong at all, which is a big concern because trash trucks ride really rough. But the magnet is really strong, it just rest on the dash and hangs on to the metal underneath and doesnt move. At all. The sound quality also surprised me. Trash trucks are loud, especially inside the truck. But this thing comes through clearly. No complaints here. Battery life exceeds the listed life. The controls are easy. It's just what every blue collar worker needs. I guess my only issue is that it doesnt have a built in USB-C port, just USB. And the cable it comes with is short.

Perfect Jobsite Speaker (minus micro-usb charging port)
This speaker is perfect for on the job work or garage/car work. The magnetic base is a great improvement over the old hanging strap. I even bring it golfing and use the magnetic base to stick to the golf cart rail. Only reason it’s getting 4 stars is it uses micro-usb for charging. If it had been a USB-C it’d be 5 stars for sure. Sounds great for its size. Compact. Klein colors.

I Luv This Thing!
I’m a fan of Klein Tools going way back to my days as a professional utility worker. Since I’ve retired I spend a lot of time working in my garage on old cars as well as helping my kids with their home improvement projects. This little speaker is always by my side streaming music or the news. The sound from such a small speaker is really outstanding, but my real love is the heavy magnetic mount. I’ve stuck it to cars, metal studs, tool boxes and even the refrigerator! Klein Tools makes several models of this speaker, but for me the built in magnet sold me on this model. While other reviews say the sound quality of the bass is kind of weak, attaching the speaker to and surface creates a “boom box” which amplifies the bass range. I’ve had no issues with Bluetooth hookups or drop offs and the speaker lasts all day on a charge at a normal listening level. Like I said, I love this thing!

Too quiet for tools; It lives in my shower.
People claim it rusts fast etc etc; I dunno what caustic environments those people keep theirs in, but after three years in my shower mine only has a little rust on one of the screws on the face. The battery life is absurd, I've not charged it in at least six months and it's still at 70%... and I tend to take a while in there. It also sounds really good for an inexpensive little bluetooth el-cheapo speaker, much much better than I expected given the price and some of the reviews that were here at the time. To be music nerdy about it, it has a surprisingly good sound stage for a turdly little thing designed to be kicked around. Now.... if you wanna use it in a workshop or job site? Forget it. It doesn't get loud enough. That's why it's even in the bathroom: it was just too quiet even with my phone and it both maxed out to hear over much of anything tool-wise, even in my rather light duty workshop.
