First In Families of Mecklenburg County, a project of InReach is a nonprofit organization who supports individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy or Traumatic Brain Injury and their family. Many of the families we serve rely on a fixed income of $700.00 from their Social Security benefits. This particular family needed financial assistance purchasing essential items that would allow them to remain independent and on their own. The individual has an intellectual disability with physical deformities. Having the appropriate towels, wash cloths, footwear, socks, and clothing are important to his joints and personal hygiene. This is a high-quality product that will keep enhance the individual's appearance while at work. His standard uniform color is all black everything. The shirt fits him well and he gets compliments from people he encounters telling him how good the shirt looks on him. Amazon's pricing is great, and we are able to leverage our funds to purchase more things that families may need. Together, Amazon and people around the world who care about folks with special needs makes this community thrive. Pros: Low price Comfortable Lightweight Cons: Feels a bit flimsy or cheap for a polo This is a good summer polo as it is lightweight and comfortable. The fit is just ok, feels cheaper than the more upscale brands.
