This Klein 93CPLG laser level is just as great or better than the higher priced Dewalts or Milwaukee laser levels. One thing that makes it better is the internal rechargeable battery that last all day at work (not continuous of course) during normal use and recharges with included 3.0 USB type C cable. This laser is very easy to setup, it's self leveling, can be locked to prevent accidental movement from heavy vibrations. It has 3 different angles of green lines that can be used individually or all at once to give you vertical, horizontal and intersects and the green lines are more visible than the usual red that fade out over a distance, these are highly visible for long distances indoors or out. I'm so happy I didn't spend $600-$800 on the other ones, this one does the job perfectly. Very good tool for a reasonable price, it’s versatile and compact enough that it’s easy to store when not in use. It mounts to the tripod well and is very adjustable to meet the needs of my requirements. My other laser self levels better but this one does decent. If you're in the Milwaukee camp, this is a really nice and easy to use 3-plane level. You can light 1, 2 or all 3 XYZ planes. Bright. Will correct for up to 4-degrees out of plane. If you're outside of 4 degrees, the laser will flash the beams every 5 seconds.

Never worked. Can’t self level. Thought it might be stuck in manual mode. Can’t get out of that without turning off. “Hold Z plane for three seconds”. Wasted 30 minutes on the job site trying to make it work. Then another 30 at home. Guess it should be expected now with Klein manufacturing in China.
