It looks great too, the picture doesn’t do it justice. 2 of the back cushions didn’t fluff up as much as the other 2 but you can’t really tell. Simple instructions & took us less than an hour to assemble. Very comfortable, not too soft but just firm enough. The ottoman’s are nice to put your feet on. The only complaint I have is the back support is thin, however it has zippers so I may just add more padding. Very big I got the 7 seater. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this couch is. The cushions are soft yet supportive, and it looks great in my space. The only con is that the back cushions tend to fall over because there isn’t enough Velcro, but that’s an easy fix since more Velcro can be added. Shipping was super fast! I placed my order on December 11th and all the boxes arrived by December 18th. When setting up the couch, I did run into a couple of issues: one of the bases didn’t have pre-drilled holes and I was missing 5 legs. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Truly amazing. They responded quickly, shipped all the missing legs plus a new base, and I received everything within two days. I was nervous at first, but their support team went above and beyond and made the whole situation stress-free. Overall, the couch is comfy, stylish, and the customer service alone makes it worth recommending. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to put together but it is modular and doesn’t stay together as one. The back is high but uneven with the other chairs. The cushions seem to slouch very easily. It’s a good couch for the cost though.
