I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this couch is. The cushions are soft yet supportive, and it looks great in my space. The only con is that the back cushions tend to fall over because there isn’t enough Velcro, but that’s an easy fix since more Velcro can be added. Shipping was super fast! I placed my order on December 11th and all the boxes arrived by December 18th. When setting up the couch, I did run into a couple of issues: one of the bases didn’t have pre-drilled holes and I was missing 5 legs. However, the customer service was AMAZING. Truly amazing. They responded quickly, shipped all the missing legs plus a new base, and I received everything within two days. I was nervous at first, but their support team went above and beyond and made the whole situation stress-free. Overall, the couch is comfy, stylish, and the customer service alone makes it worth recommending.

Sectional was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. Back cushions need velcro or something, they tend to fall when you aren't sitting in front of them. Sits a little straight for a cozy feel, but it is comfy overall. Good value for the price!

Delivery was odd; no way to track it once the first box is delivered. You will receive four or more boxes and only one per day! And we never knew what day or when, they skipped a couple days too. Frustrating. The sofa is nice, comfy, spacious and looks great.

Very easy to put together. Quality is ok. The pillows on the back needed extra filling. The zipper holding the arm cushion was broken. Probably would not purchase again.

It is well packaged and easy to assemble. The assembly does not appear as it does in the pictures and has screws and nuts to assemble the couch. It is comfortable and soft thus far.

I love this couch. I can’t see more good words about it. It’s everything I expected it to be. Did months and months of research to finally buy it and it did take a while came in three different boxes cause I got the three cushion couch with the three Ottomans. Measurements were perfect and comfort is perfect. It’s very fluffy annd comfortable. The whole family has slept on altogether I would definitely buy it again.

This sectional is absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad I purchased it, I love how you can change the layout and how comfortable they are. Lots of room for the whole family to sit. Makes my living room feel much more inviting and warm. This was Very easy to assemble (I put it together by myself) and is easy to reassemble if needed.
