It's not as good, obviously, as a professional shine or even a good at-home shine with polish, brushes and rags, but it definitely improves the quality of the shoe's appearance in a pinch.

The price for a "twin" pack was good. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately when I opened the box and removed both of the shine sponges, I noticed one of them was empty (without polish).
