I got this in order to make my waist as thin as possible (as much as a waist trainer could possibly manage.) I wasn’t expecting any drastic change or anything. I started off on the first hook and gradually went to the last hook. However, this happened within 1 week. It was difficult even zipping the waist trainer up on the first day, however I was eventually able to make it to the last hook and zip it with ease within a few days. I wore it cknsistently for 2 1/2 months but noticed no difference. I originally opted for a size smaller than normal to encourage change, but I think I may have needed something even smaller (I got the size small, which is the smallest.) Because of this, I’m not expecting any change to my waist size. I’m giving a 4 star rating because I do like the way it shrinks my waist when I wear it (when I take it off my waist returns to its original size.) It’s also really nice quality and is comfortable. I would recommend it for slimming but not for training your waist.

Order one or two sizes bigger than your shirt size. I wear size 14 and Xl in a stretchy style Michael Kors top. You have to size this as if your trying to wear a cotton or satin fabric top without any zippers. Thought ordering XL would work. It did,but barely. It took effort, over the long hall the center would pinch/ bulge because I was on the line for size and need to have gotten 2x. After two workouts, fit me like a glove. Actually works! Knowing it has multiple rows of eyelets.. learn from my mistake 2 sizes from norm. Wear a medium stretchy top and you’ll need to order 2X-3X to have even more easy access and easy to adjust without looking in the mirror and exhaling each breath, just to get Cinched in. It really, does workZ Quality is super durable and would order from again. Looks like the J-Belt that cost $159 starting. Order this quickly. My body is looking like an hour glass. I’m really curvy and want to accentuate my strive for a firm smaller waist. like a current Pinup Girl. Yes Please!

Buy up a size for comfort. This is not true to size and runs small. It is a sturdy product and I felt secure but I had such massive back fat rolling over from it being too small and too tight it was gross. But it’s secure..and very corset like.

Bought XL and I am 5ft2 158-162lbs depending on the day. I've been wearing the trainers at least 3 to 4 times a week for at least 4 hours and my waist is already down from 38 to 37 and I've only had them a month. Will have to buy new size soon and I suggest putting them on before eating but remember to put your underwear on top of the trainer or you will have hell trying to pee. The trainer hooks on the smallest hook already and zips up easily.

At first I was very skeptical, and was not sure if it would have fitted me as needed. My experience in the past was it would rolled up and not flatten my belly pooch, but it did and did not roll-up. However, it became a little uncomfortable because it rolled up in the middle on the side and the middle back that needed to pull up. Secondly, it created a bulge to the upper back that looked like a pair of back breast (so to speak). If you use this with a skin tight dress, it might not look as good. Overall, I like it, it made my belly pooch flat.
