I've been wearing this waist trainer every day for about 5 hours a day. 3 in the morning, and another two when I work out at night. I love it for working out, I can feel my core heat up, and I bust a great sweat. I'm 3 mos. postpartum. I've tried many waist trainers since I gave birth and this one is the end all be all. not only is it comfortable, it offers amazing back support, especially when I'm wearing baby in a sling/ carrier. I wish I had this waist trainer the day after I gave birth, my core would've healed much faster. The hooks are easy to clasp, and the straps really hold you in. I wear a size 10/12 and ordered a large. If you want a really tight fit, I recommend going down one size. It does fit true to size, and is snug, but not as constricting as I know some people prefer from a waist trainer. It's been about a week, and I can clearly see the results. My back rolls have shrunken, my tummy is flatter and tighter and my waist is cinched. Considering I've only had it for a week, I can't speak to it's longevity, but you can FEEL the integrity in the construction of this waist trainer. If it begins to fall apart, I'ill be shocked. it got here quickly, in pretty packaging. all around great product!

A few years ago I started wearing a waist trainer and dropped a few dress sizes. The trick is to buy one smaller than the size you would normally wear then buy a smaller one as you progress. What I love about this one is it's just the zipper, not the hook and eye. Also it has two bands and the Velcro on it is super strong!! For those not used to wearing one, start zipping it up inch by inch at the smallest part of your waist area. For instance, I'm smaller right under my bust, so I start there, it takes some practice, but start the slow zipping, pulling it down as you zip up. What I also like about this one is it's longer than most, so it comes to my mid hip. Just fyi, I'm 5'4, 170lbs. Waist is 39 inches, I bought the large and it's perfect. Great for back support too!

I've never used a waist trainer before, so my experience may be a bit different than others. I'm usually pretty skeptical of these things, but the reviews were good, so I decided to give it a try. I'll start with the sizing: my waist is 36 inches. Based on the sizing chart in the description, I should have gotten an XL, but I went with a L and I'm glad I did. It took a little effort to get the zipper started. But once it was on, it was quite snug but not enough to restrict my breathing! 😁 The length is great! I'm a hair over 5 foot tall. This goes from right under my bra all the way down to cover my mommy pooch! Exactly what I was looking for! It's comfortable enough to wear around the house all day. However if you need to bend over to do anything, you will need to stoop/bend at your knees (bending at the waist will be very uncomfortable). I will say, this trainer WILL make you sweat....even with minimal activity. If you have sensitive skin, I would definitely recommend wearing a light t-shirt underneath the trainer. I would also not recommend wearing it for an extended period of time after a lot of sweating. I had to run errands after a walk and left the trainer on for the rest of the day. After taking it off, my skin was very irritated. The first day of wearing it, I also noticed the boning at the bottom of the trainer had dug into the top of my thigh, near my bikini line, and rubbed it raw. Making sure my t-shirt came down past the bottom of the trainer seemed to remedy that. I wear mine approximately every other day, so I'm sure my results will be slower and less noticeable than others. I definitely recommend this trainer to give great back support as well as to make you sweat! As far as cinching my waist, time will tell and I will update this review with my progress.

It was good at first but after 3-4 weeks the metal binding is curved in and can be really uncomfortable at times during certain exercises. Do not get me wrong it is pretty good besides that I enjoyed the straps feeling extra support.
