This came in great packaging and it looks nice. Fits great so far. I’m really looking for a loss of inches. Will update by end of the summer if any inches melted away. Two week update: I have lost two inches on my waist without any exercise added. Slightly better eating habits but not much better. I’m going to start with a strict diet and exercise routine. My goal is to shed 12 more inches on my waistline. Will keep updating! Update: It’s been about 4 weeks now. I’m not as consistent as I was when I first got it. I don’t think I lost any more inches since I don’t use it regularly, but my stomach looks closer to normal now. Normal as in my stomach isn’t just bulging out. Just bought a t-shirt for the first time in a looong time to test new me and it’s amazing. Will keep using and updating! Update: shed an additional inch as of today July 12 2020. I’ve started walking a bit and doing like 20 minute exercises. I know I can probably do more so hopefully ill be able to start doing more exercises to get more inches down. I mainly just wear it for like 2 hours a day or so. Update: October. Haven’t lost any weight. Work out sporadically. Lost 3 inches total so far. I don’t use the trainer as much as I should. Hopefully I’ll commit to it more because it’s really helped me have a more normal looking stomach. Update June 2021 I don’t know why I can’t do a new review but such is life. I stopped using this trainer for a while and tried other ones plus exercise. In a year I only lost 1 more inch. Now I just bought the large when I was previously an XL. I lost one inch in the first week. I use it when working out. I am sorry I got anything else to be honest. How does the product fit? It’s a bit snug but I did that on purpose. I want to maximize my inches lost. I would suggest getting two (one that fits and one that may be too small). See which one works best. I’m a believer now and will push in to try to lose 4 inches plus diet and exercise. I only wish I had never stopped using this last year. I’d probably have a perfect 24 inches by now. If I lose 4 more inches I’ll feel like a miracle cuz I don’t do targeted core ab exercises atm. Just cardio (walking etc.)

I have had this waist trainer for years now maybe over four years and I love this way Trainer to death. It’s time for me to get another one.. as a woman over 50 who takes care of my body wearing the waist trainer in my sauna and on the treadmill makes such a difference and this waist trainer is so different from the others because not only is it adjustable but it squeezes your ribs and just the right place and the middle of your waist and even below so not only does it give you a nice waist gives you a incredible torso. I love this waist trainer. If you wear it to sleep at night, you wake up the next day, particularly a day after you worked out shape like an hourglass- It’s time for me to get another one.‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have problem with being bloated all the time and also i wanted to get my young flat belly back while im to the gymas much as i can. This waist trainer is good not to say great,it has a zipper which is easier,its good for someone with a long waist and mt favorite part is the fact it has two belt. The only con i have is, its not stretchy at all not even the belts other than that its great. I recommend it because its comfortable and i wear it everyday and it does the job.

A few years ago I started wearing a waist trainer and dropped a few dress sizes. The trick is to buy one smaller than the size you would normally wear then buy a smaller one as you progress. What I love about this one is it's just the zipper, not the hook and eye. Also it has two bands and the Velcro on it is super strong!! For those not used to wearing one, start zipping it up inch by inch at the smallest part of your waist area. For instance, I'm smaller right under my bust, so I start there, it takes some practice, but start the slow zipping, pulling it down as you zip up. What I also like about this one is it's longer than most, so it comes to my mid hip. Just fyi, I'm 5'4, 170lbs. Waist is 39 inches, I bought the large and it's perfect. Great for back support too!

This is so disturbing. I opened my package and immediately could tell this item was used. It has sweat stains, white stains (either from powder or sweat), and it’s covered in animal hair (most likely a dog or cat)! This is so gross!

Let me start off by saying I just had a baby!! I lost about 40lbs postpartum so far and I purchased this waist trainer to help assist in the gym. I’ve read plenty reviews before purchasing and many people had complaints about it rolling down and losing its tightness. I haven’t had any of those problems . It covers my whole abdomen; I’m 5’4” and 140 lbs. My normal shirt size is a medium so I purchased the medium. IT FITS PERFECTLY. At first it was uncomfortable, but it gets better the more you wear it since you’ll get used to it (at least I did 😁). It definitely helps with my posture since I can’t slouch AT ALL while wearing it lol. I will definitely update my review regarding rolling or loss of tightness once I’ve had it for 2 weeks. Hopefully this review helps in your decision making, but I definitely recommend this waist trainer. 👍🏾 (UPDATE: 2 years later and it is still in GREAT shape. No rolling or loss of tightness)
