I thought for sure the large wouldn’t fit me and that it would be a pain to hook the eyelets. But I was pleasantly surprised that I got it on without too much trouble, and that there was no binding and digging into my skin. It really supports my back too. I have been looking for a brace like this to support my lumbar and thoracic spine. I didn’t like the full vests because the straps on my shoulders are just really uncomfortable to me. I just received this brace but so far it’s fantastic. I also agree with the other reviewers that you should by a size down from what the chart says. It’s literally like stuffing a sausage lol, and it’s hard to get the zipper zipped at first but the tightness is what gives you support. Also because it’s neoprene you can still breathe and it is still comfortable. So far I love this thing if anything changes I will update but right now it’s the bomb.

The material is QUALITY. I'm six feet tall and 195. Post partum belly. This is my before and after trying it on the first day. No complaints. Worth the money, much easier to put on than others. Came two hours ahead of schedule. I got an XL, and will be ordering a large next.

The material is very stretchy. I ordered a large. My waist is 36 and can get to the very last row due to the stretchy material. I'm returning and reordering a Medium to see if it's any better. It's good to workout in especially during abdominal workouts. Downside, it leaves marks regardless of how loose it is.
