  • Waterproof anything
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I use this on shoes and backpacks, to waterproof them against rain and puddles. It works great, and has protected many electronics and documents from water damage over the years.

  • Repelled water like a champ
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I used this on my tent before I went camping in the Smokies and it worked like a charm. I sprayed all the seams first and then sprayed down the walls - all on the outside of the tent. It rained 2 days and I got no water at all inside my tent. Water beaded up and ran down without seeping through. I would highly recommend spraying your tent on a hot sunny day when you can set it up ahead of time and then let it air out because this does have a very loud smell sort of like nail polish remover. That smell wears off after its had a chance to dry though. Definitely 5 stars. ... show more

  • Works as advertised/expected! Don't smell so good though...
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Works as expected, at least for me. Purchased several cans, appled on (5) jackets one thick coat (instead of two thinner coats because I was lazy), still water resistant after a couple of washes in normal cycle with warm water and detergent. Best to wear gloves when applying, as spray would get on your hands regardless of how you hold the can and/or the material you are spraying on. Also best to do that in garage where you can open and air it out, or in bathroom where you can turn on the exhaust fan for at least an hour to get rid of scent/smell. Also hang/leave applied material outside do dry and air out, else the scent will stink up your house, guaranteed! ... show more

  • Works Well.
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I Waterproof two power circular saw bags. One was a Makita and the other was a Porter Cable. Because of the strong odor I sprayed both of them outdoors. One bag I was able to complete two heavy coats While on the second bag I was only able to put one coat down. In both bags, I kept the circular saw in them and the bags zipped closed so that they would retain their shape. making it easier to spray them. The bag with two coats I put in my workshop while leaving the other bag with one coat out So I could apply the second code to it, Need list to say, I got distracted doing other tasks and left it out overnight. And of course, it rained hard!! Fortunately, one heavy coat was sufficient as the inside of the bag was completely dry when opened in the morning!! Upon seeing thi ordered two additional cans even though It is more expensive than similar brands. ... show more

  • Works exactly as described
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Purchased this to waterproof boots, suede shoes, and to re-coat an old raincoat. Kiwi is easy to apply and seems (so far) to work exactly as described. The spray nozzle seems good (this was mentioned as a problem with other sprays). Using Kiwi, I sprayed two coats on each item (allowed each to dry for 24 hours between coats). The water just runs off. No color change. Used less than 1/2 the can to coat two pair of shoes and one jacket. ... show more

  • Best water repellent spray I've ever used.
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I've been using this stuff since the early 1990s when I was an infantryman in the US Army. I have used it on leather and fabric boots and shoes from combat and hiking boots to everyday shoes. I use it on all backpacks and work bags (nylon messenger bags), as well as leather and fabric gloves. Suede and smooth leather, nylon, polyester, and even cotton with enough coats. I use it on ball caps, and my outdoor wide brim hats. And jackets of course. Whether Gore-Tex (R) or other waterproof breathable liner or not, this helps tremendously. With jackets, gloves or boots that have a waterproof breathable lining this helps by reducing the complete soaking of the outer layer that blocks breathability. It will happen after enough hours, but it extends the time before the material is wet. The only thing this doesn't do as well as other products is to increase stain resistance like the Camp Dry polymer spray (and a few others) does. It does cause many lighter materials to darken, especially lighter leathers, so that might be an issue for some. ... show more

  • Not as water resistance as I had hoped
Size: 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I was hoping this would be more water repellent than it was. I sprayed 3 or 4 coats on different Keen shoes. Some with leather and some with cloth. I also sprayed 4 coats on the lower part of a pair of Carhartt ripstop pants. I ran some light water on the pants and the water did not run off very well. It’s possible when wearing the pants and standing vertical that they wouldn’t get wet but I have my doubts. The fabrics I tried to waterproof may have been the problem and other fabrics may do better and it’s not very expensive so it may be worth trying. I think I’ll try something else next time. ... show more
