I have always been very weary of purchasing furniture off Amazon. I haven't had the greatest experience, but this seller and couch had more positive than negative reviews. So I decide to go for it. I can say I was NOT disappointed. I purchased the 4 Seater "U" in Light Camel. The original expected date was May 23rd-30th. I ordered it last week and received it on 5/14. So they definitely under promised and over delivered[literally] on the shipping. My set came in a total of 6 boxes. At first it is very deceiving, because I asked how on earth did they fit a couch in just these 6 boxes. The light camel looks lighter in the stock photos, but it is indeed more beige[Which thanks to the reviews previously I was able to confirm and that's exactly what I wanted.] DELIVERY: The boxes were all clean and not damaged which was a good first sign for me. They were packaged well in my opinion. As far as assembly, I did it myself--took some time, but very easy to assemble, just time consuming. Everything was in tact, no missing pieces, the cushions, frame, everything was in good condition. The cushions all come vacuumed sealed, but once you open the bag they air up and start fluffing out. The material on the cushions are very thick and seem very durable. Great quality and great price! I feel it would be easy to clean. INSERTS: The cushion is basically a top and bottom section, the bottom being the foam pad and springs and then top being the pillow top. You CAN remove the bottom piece with the foam and springs, but you CANNOT remove the top pillow. The back pillow you can remove the pillow insert as well. Frame seems sturdy, it has springs on the frame. COMFORT: I'm not a couch critic, but I feel I can 100% take a nice nap on this couch. Just like anything it will take some time to break in, but my husband thinks it's very comfy and that's the first thing he tested. LOW PROFILE: I will say purchase different legs. The legs that come with it are low profile. I purchase wood square legs off Amazon also that were 4.5". Gave the couch a more lavish and upscale look. I feel if I would have seen this couch in store, I would have happily paid more for it. VERSATILITY: I do believe you can purchase the chairs if needed so if you wanted to add to this couch/sectional in the future, you could add on like a lego. They pieces bolt together with 4 bolts to secure them. I currently do not have them secured together and they do not slide around, but the legs I purchased have rubber stoppers on them and the front legs sit on carpet. So I assume that's going to prevent it from sliding all around. This couch is definitely a dupe for the Anebei couches--to me they look very similar, but this price is WAY better. I am very happy with this couch and it looks AMAZING in my home and is perfect for what I was wanting. That is my honest review. I'm very happy with everything. ... show more

I love it now I didn’t at 1st …. It sits too low to the ground knees hurt back hurt when getting up almost have it crawl on the floor just to stand up. But I bought 6in wood legs and now I love it … the color is beautiful just what I was looking for worth the price just sits to low to the ground with the legs it comes with but new ones it was easy to put to together I didn’t it alone ... show more

Easy to assemble. The cushions are thin especially the arm and back cushions. From the review pictures, it doesn’t necessarily look like that fluffy wise. And the black is more of a dark dark blue. It’s not real black. After a month i cant stand this couch. It has lost its shape. The cushions are even flatter. It’s very uncomfortable. Terrible purchase. ... show more

After a few adjustments we are enjoying this sofa. It was ridiculously low. My husband is tall, his knees were up by his ears. I tried 4" legs first and it was still too low. We actually put 8" legs on it and it is much more comfortable for him. It also needed a foam wedge behind the back cushions because the was just too straight. I received the sectional quicker than the estimated delivery date. Received them in 4 boxes. The color is nice and the cushion is very comfortable. But I received a backrest that was defective, I attached it backwards so it works but I can’t put the sectional in the middle of the room since one of the back will look different. I read the reviews that said they bought additional legs, but I thought everyone was taller than me and the advertised 19 inch would work but it definitely is too low. ... show more

I love the size and depth of this couch. The cushions might look thin in the pictures. But the cushions are DEEP because they’re double cushions. Also the material is nice, the assembly is simple enough for one person to do it, and customer service was quick to send me some additional screws at no cost to me. I recommend this couch highly for those who want A COUCH WITH OTTOMANS. Do NOT purchase this couch with the idea that you can puzzle it into a sectional (L shape). That isn’t possible. But you could add as many sections as you wanted to make a couch with infinite number of sections. The ottomans do not attach to the couch. ... show more
