For the price point ($9.99 when I purchased it), I was amazed at how clear the instructions were. how easy it was to put together, how sturdy it was, and how many pairs of shoes it holds. there are so few things nowadays that seem like a good value, but this little metal and canvas shoe rack really feels like a win! We live in a wet cold climate so we often come in with lots of moisture and debris on the bottom of our shoes so we take them off at the entryway. It always felt like just a pile of shoes looked messy and someone would trip over them so we definitely needed a compact and useful organizer. I am just really happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend for anyone else who wants to organize their shoes in an entryway or even in the bottom of a closet it has three tiers and again was put together in under, five minutes by a semi disabled older woman. It’s super light, it’s very thin metal and plastic but it’s also not weak. I’m size 12-13 men’s and it fits about 3 across each row. The materials used are cheap but it’s 12 bucks so that’s a given. It’s surprisingly pretty strong and stable. Also putting it together was super easy and fast.

I'm quite pleased with the purchase. It fits well in my closet, providing ample space for all my shoes, and the Roomba can fit underneath for easy cleaning. Exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was straightforward, although I encountered a minor issue with a missing part (1xD). I reached out to Kitsure's customer service using the email address supplied in the package, and I must say, they were exceptionally responsive and helpful. Azura from customer support promptly requested my order number and a picture of the received items for verification. Once provided, Azura assured me of resolving the issue and promptly shipped the replacement part.
