The best thing I like about this pizza cutter is the ability to open all the parts up for easy cleaning. A lot of these types of cutters allow you to remove the blade for easy cleaning, however, there are still food particles in the upper casing and its not easy to clean since you aren't able to open those. This is the most cost effective, easy to use and sharp to slice pizza and other items. Easy to take apart and reassemble and to store with the safety cover. I saw a similar wheel on a European baking video and the search was on. This wheel is very easy to clean and the sharp blade is safely covered when not in use. No handle allows more control when cutting dough into pieces and pizza into triangles. Really glad I found this tool.

I bought this to help me cut up my toddlers food into bite sized pieces (french toast, quesadillas, etc.) And it works perfect. Very sharp and precise but also the cover makes it easy to store. Love this purchase and would recommend to others.

    • Fairly sharp, awkward to hold unless you have small hands

Several things here: -Assembly/Disassembly: I like that it comes apart for cleaning, no I really like that. But, it is a little complicated getting it apart and back together. -Cutting: Only having used it twice I am unsure how long lasting the blade will be, but it did a fairly good job cutting when I used it. -Ease of use/comfort: I don't have really big hands. I usually buy men's medium sized gloves (and often wish there was something in between small and medium), but this thing is really hard to hold because of is size. There just isn't enough surface area to really grip it well. I feel like this is a critically important factor when using a sharp blade intended to be moving around.
