this is NOT a "full size" kimono, it is more like a swim suit cover up like in the photo, but it is light, adorable, and the maneki neko (waving cat) design is my absolute favorite - i got so many compliments on it while i was cruising. i love cats and Asian things and this represented that well. i felt so cute, and i wish i had more places to wear it. definitely would order another in a different pattern, but the waving cat is a winner ... show more

Bought this for a Japanese Festival and it was perfect! Material could’ve been a bit thicker but honestly was nice in the hot weather, definitely not sheer though. Design on back looked perfect!

I bought two different cat versions. The first one arrived promptly, nicely folded, found thrown on the sidewalk, Ziploc bag partially opened. The second one...I had to wait and long enough where I had to give permission to continue or cancel the order. I stayed with it. It arrived without a tag and pretty much balled up, stuffed in the bag, a wrinkled mess! No ties on this one. Somebody's return? Is that what I was waiting for?!? Keeping both because they're interesting, but cut small which didn't surprise me. I would not order more. Someone, Amazon? Seller? needs to pay more attention. ... show more
