BEWARE: not a counter height. Really poorly made. Easily scratch, sharp edges corners, the cushion base does not have a solid wood so the screws will not secure. Refund process was not smooth. Overall, I would not recommend it for the price. There are other dining sets have free shipping for the same cost. First time ever having difficulty getting a refund from a seller on Amazon. I wish i would have read the reviews before purchasing this product. It looks like a cheesy kids table it's not counter height at all. One of the legs wouldn't even go on the holes were the wrong size for the screws had to improvise. I wish I could get a refund for this because it's nothing like the picture at all. A big disappointment and money wasted. I guess my kids will use it to do homework. ... show more

Table top did come with a few scratches on it and I was 2 screws short for only little foot bar that goes on the bottom of the chairs and a couple seats came with some white stuff that wouldn’t come off.
